The Deer Stags Men's Contour Hiking Shoe excels in several key areas that make it a standout choice for both hikers and casual wearers alike. The quality of construction is evident, as the brand's long-standing history in footwear reassures users they are investing in a reliable product.
In terms of comfort, the EVA foam outsole does wonders in offering support without adding unnecessary weight. This ensures that whether you’re on rocky terrain or city streets, your feet will stay comfortable. The cushioning provided by the EVA footbed is also commendable—keeping fatigue at bay during prolonged use.
When it comes to style, the hybrid design allows you to seamlessly transition from the outdoors to urban settings without feeling out of place. The blend of materials not only adds aesthetic appeal but also contributes to the shoe's overall functionality.
However, it's worth noting that while the sizing generally runs true, some users have reported it running slightly large, which could necessitate trying them on before purchase. Additionally, limited color choices may leave some fashion-conscious shoppers wanting more.

The quality isn't great. I don't like the green material the upper is made of. They were light and fairly comfortable at first. Shortly I noticed a manufacturer defect in the right foot bed of the shoe. Outside side. It wasn't bad enough it rubbed or really caused any problem. You could just feel it. At first it seemed like they had a memory foam insole but after wearing twice it was gone? Maybe it was never there? I dont know. I bought the shoes for like 30 something $. You get what you pay for. I have had worse shoes. (I never give 5 stars because anything can always be better somehow)
Very tight and hard to stretch, they fit perfectly in the length, but the width is a problem.
Shoes were not a true wide width.
No support. Wouldn't stay tied. Cheap shoe
I got this shoe at a good price. The tongue of the shoe is sewn into the shoe and isn’t separate so it’s like a slip-on design with laces. Is this a new fashion? The shoe lists as a wide but is not compared to other makes (eg new balance). I was hoping it was a true wide but feels somewhat narrow. Take your chances when buying this brand. Chinese feet must be more narrow than my Neanderthal feet.
