I love these hiking shoes. They fit according to size, are well made, and have sturdy bottom. Waterproof. The are comfortable walking or hiking. Great for everyday errands!
Great hiking shoe with lots of comfort and room in the front, I ordered the WIDE option as I like to have tight shoes and wiggle my toes up front
These are good, sturdy hiking shoes that are comfortable right out of the box. Not much arch support but that's OK with me because I have flat feet. They run true to size and the toe box is comfortable. Not much cushioning, which seems to be pretty common anymore with Columbia shoes, but I just slipped in some insoles and they're fine. Laces stay tied without having to double-knot, so that's a good thing. Also, good solid tread and seem to be very well made. I'm a happy hiker.
The shoes are comfortable grip the trail or sidewalk well.
Purchased these for a trip to Ireland in the fall, walked though several wet trails/roads and my feet stayed dry and warm (I did not fully submerge them). I use Super-Feet orthotic inserts that give me the proper arch support. I've walked many miles on sidewalks to break them in and I find them as comfortable as my running shoes. They seem to have good traction. Very happy with my purchase because I tried on 3-4 other brands that were much more expensive that were not close in comfort.
These are a solid good sneaker. Sizing might be off a little. My normal 8.5 was too small the 9 a smidge too big but I’ll live with a little big and tie them tight to have a solid pair of sneakers. Better than what ASICS (my previous go to brand that is now making junk) or Nike or Addis is selling in the stores. I can’t complain. They look nice too. Not some wild ugly color. They are a good outdoor shoe. You can see from the photos I’ve been trail walking in them and they are good for it.
Just received these hiking shoes and I put them to immediate use. They are comfortable, sturdy with a solid sole. I have back issues so I wanted a sturdy, stable shoe and these fit the bill perfectly. I ordered a half size up so I could put a gel insert in them and wear thick socks and they fit well. I would recommend these shoes to family and friends.
I did a try before you buy to make sure the shoes fit, and, as seen in the video I was happy with the style, fit and comfort. However, later in that walk my route took me into some wet grass and I almost immediately felt wetness around the tops of the shoes. By the time my walk was over, the toes of my socks were damp. I wasn’t walking in water, just in grass, and it wasn’t even that tall. Not cool! I live in an area that gets quite a bit of rain and lot of humidity so I need my walking shoes to be waterproof. Now they’re un-returnable because I’ve worn them in the environment that they’re meant to be worn in! No amount of try before you buy would have told me that they weren’t waterproof. Disappointing since the shoes do fit, feel and look great for hiking shoes.
