What I love most about these hiking shoes is the color combination. Every time I look down, I have to smile. I received many compliments on them. They fit to size. They feel comfortable and provide great support. I would buy these again.
I ordered size 7. They fit perfectly, even with the orthotics from my podiatrist. The are above my toes feels lightly padded which is a bonus. I love the way the too of the strings go in hooks instead of eyes at the top. This allows a bigger opening to get your foot into the boot easier. The only issue l have is that when l went to a fast food restaurant today while it was raining, the boots were as slick as if l was on ice. The next stop was the VA , where there are hard floors but l had no problem there. Please use caution when going into a building on rainy days until you know how the soles do on that floor. Let’s just hope l don’t forget my own advice, lol. They are really nice, good looking, comfy boots!
Wore these on my hiking trips out west and they were great quality. I have a tendency to roll my ankle but the boots helped give me additional support. Even though they are sturdy, they weren’t too heavy. Very pleased with my purchase. They also run true to size.

supports instep and no pinching of toes and no squeeze on sides of feet , size 8 1/2 Probably my fourth pair, on my feet nine hours a day on concrete floors, work related - my feet don't ache after work. Will be buying more Columbia shoes when needed - a little on the pricey side (for me) but what a bargain when it comes to foot comfort and I put my shoes through a lot of wear five days a week.
