The Woolin is the best shoe Spring Step makes (for my feet). I'm a chef and on my feet for long hours. I purchase a new pair every six to eight months, and rotate between two pairs.I've seen a couple of the other reviews mention that arch support is not the greatest, but if you're on your feet for 12 hour shifts, the insoles are the first thing you change out in ANY shoe. These shoes are very comfortable and the leather is easy to clean.
I usually wear 5.5 medium (regular whatever) and that’s what I bought. It fit as expected. Love the wide toe box - works great for my bunions.5.5W in a similar shoe they make (Manila) fits in the toe/bunion area but is too big in the heel.With this shoe, there is extra padding around the heel built in so the shoe fits and does not slide off.
Very comfortable. Fits perfectly. Didn’t have to order a half size up or down. It would’ve been a 5 stars if it had come with gel/foam inserts. But the original inserts do come off for me to put the gel inserts that I buy separately. But even with the original inserts, it is still very comfy.
love this shoe, can work all day without discomfort and I have wide feet so if you are narrow footed it may be a bit big. this is my second pair of springstep shoes and I really love them. I did buy the more colorful version but the sizing was very different and I had to send it back. The black woolin is perfect and made really well.
I had purchased these shoes because I had previously owned a pair and loved them. The shoes I received were so uncomfortable I could barley get through a shift at the restaurant I work for. They are suppose to be non slip but that is definitely not the case as I have been sliding all over the restaurant. There is also no cushioning in these shoes. I had purchased memory foam inserts to see if that would help but that did not. These shoes feel as if you have large, heavy bricks attached to your feet. They are not certainly not cheap and I had ended up having to purchase another brand that are so much better. I would never recommend these shoes to anyone who had to be on their feet all day.
I am a server who sometimes works 12 hour shifts. These shoes still look new. They are very comfortable and easy to put on. I have to wear a clog style shoe as part of my uniform but so many have a large sole and I'm too tall for that nonsense. The nonslip sole works wonders in the slippery kitchen.
Nice but too big and they don’t have in a 5. Some Americans aren’t fat and large.
A bit shiny but very attractive. This Spring Step Woolin model is so similar to its Winfrey model that I cannot tell the difference. Both are similar in fit to Manila model. Main thing is that they are super comfortable and great for walking.
