I use these shoes when doing indoor projects around the house, so in truth they are not worn very often! That said, I have worn them for several hours at a time and my feet have never complained. They feel stable and secure while being comfortable. A negative is that they are a bit clunky looking, but appearance isn't a factor that concerns me considering how I use them. Do not wear with a tux!
I work at least 40 hours a week entirely on my feet in a restaurant and I've had these about 2 weeks now and I'm impressed. Fit is perfect and they're very comfortable even for double shifts on my feet all day. I prefer this kind of support which is more flat versus running shoe type support. This feels more natural to me and I'm better balanced. Definitely waterproof and not bad looking. The real test will come after nightly exposure to the harsh floor cleaning chemicals we use that always ate up my previous work shoes and separated the soles from the tops. I will try to update this review in a couple of months after I see how they hold up. But so far, so good. Definitely a great value for high quality work shoes.
Bought these for my son who works out in wet weather. They were not slippery and very comfortable. True to size.
My husband has neuropathy and tends to drag his feet. He is so hard on shoes, we were buying new shoes every 3-4 months. I bought these a year ago and they are still looking great! As for the insole, he has to use prescription insets, so he can't comment on that. He says they are very comfortable. He is 81 and these shoes have trained him to lift his feet, which is great. The non-slip has saved him several times. He loves these so much we ordered a second pair so we are prepared if these ever wear out. I have pent more money on shoes that lasted only 4 months and these have reached 1 year.
Great shoes and very comfortable.
I use, or was going to use these for work for service industry. Great non slip sole and overall decently comfortable. I didn't get the wide fit because I have longer, more narrow but not skinny feet. There is no tightening mechanism for around the ankle so if you don't mind your heels slipping out a bit when you walk then go for it because they would be great for work. Or if you have "thicker" feet then it would work. Kind of felt like working in crocs
Last for a long time in the kitchen. I use dr sholes of course. fit is nice, no slip is good. Feet dont get wet or sweaty.
I am pretty sure I bought these same shoes last year for dad. He was happy. They seem to fit and thank goodness there are no shoe laces. If you have an older crotchety man give these a try. And they are not as expensive as these orthopedic shoes that look like he needs an emotional support dog to match the wacky shoes. Keep pops looking good and his feet feeling nice.
