Bought these a year ago they have held up well. Nice fit and comfortable, have walked a lot in these sneakers at work. Buying another pair since the sole bottoms are wearing a bit after a year of use. These are great sneakers for the price.
So let me start by saying that I never wear sneakers or anything other than boots. I started a job last week that requires me to wear slip-resistant shoes. I shopped locally and they didn't have anything in my size. I found these on here and I have to say I am extremely impressed with how comfortable these are. I am standing all the time at work and I'm 300+ lbs and my feet haven't hurt one bit. These are so incredibly comfortable.
I've bought six pairs of these over the past few years. They're really good shoes for six months or so. They tend to scuff easily and after they've been wet a few times the soles separate. When that happens I pull the sole off, clean the sole and bottom of the shoe well, and glue it back on with Shoe Glue.
I work in a greasy fast food franchise and went from regular sneakers to this; Huge improvement. If it's just water on the floor, they don't slip or they barely slip. If it's a little grease (the normal sheen), they don't slip. If it's a deep puddle of grease or grease + water, they slip a little, you have to be careful. For some reason, our location has the slipperiest, slickest tiles in the dining room and I have to walk carefully in the when that's wet, as well.Like all anti-slip shoes, the sole is stiffer than normal sneakers and that makes them a little uncomfortable for regular wear. I think it's worth not breaking my ankle at work, though. Especially for minimum wage.
Perfect fit
Good shoes. Good price.
Thought shoes would have lasted longer than 4 months. Bottom of soles held up but outside material on top and sides started peeling off.
Great shoes for restaurant work. Comfortable. Not totally slip proof. Haven't slipped but have slid.
