When it comes to work footwear, comfort is paramount, and the Skechers Men's Black Flex Advantage excels in this department. The memory foam footbed molds to the contours of your feet, providing support even during long hours of standing or walking. This feature makes them ideal for professionals such as restaurant staff, healthcare workers, or anyone who works in settings where being on your feet is a necessity.
The slip-resistant traction outsole is a standout feature, giving you the confidence to move quickly without fear of slipping, especially in wet conditions. This has been particularly appreciated by users who often navigate through kitchen areas or other potentially hazardous environments.
Additionally, the elastic side gores not only contribute to the overall aesthetic but also enhance the shoe's functionality, allowing for easy slip-on access. The breathable mesh fabric helps keep your feet cool, reducing discomfort during warmer seasons or hot work environments.
However, it's important to note that these shoes come with a wider fit, which may not suit everyone. If you have narrower feet, you might find them a bit loose. Furthermore, while they offer a stylish black exterior suitable for most workplaces, the limited color options may not cater to all personal preferences.
With machine washability, maintaining these shoes is straightforward, which adds to their appeal for those looking for convenience alongside practicality. Overall, the Skechers Men's Black Flex Advantage Slip Resistant Mcallen Slip On is a reliable choice for any professional seeking comfort, safety, and ease of use in their work footwear.

This is the best casual shoe I can recall having. I love the removable memory foam insert for comfort. It's ultra light weight, slips on and off easily, provides a secure supportive fit, and is washable, though I haven't had to do that. Light weight, non-slip, fashionable appearance. EXCELLENT everyday show !!
These are the most comfortable and affordable shoes. Water proof and they last truly nonslip
I have always loved sketchers these shoes, very versatile. Sometimes they’re difficult to find. Comfortable and fit perfectly. The nonslip soles are a plus. I strongly recommend issues.
I have been wearing the Skechers GoWalks, for the last couple of pairs I have worn. They were extremely comfortable (like walking on a cloud). I decided to try out the Skechers Work shoes, this time around. I thought it might be good to have the non-slip sole, since I work in a restaurant. My first impression, upon trying them on, was that they were not comfortable, at all. Kind of like walking on rocks. I should add some clarification though, that the upper part of the shoe is very comfortable, and has better support, than the GoWalks. But, the insoles/outsoles are definitely not. The outsoles do seem to be good for non-slip, unless you are walking on ice, which I quickly found out (we had just had our first big winter storm, shortly before these arrived). I was slipping and sliding all over the place, which also wasn't the case with my almost completely worn smooth GoWalks. I think it must have something to do with the GoWalks having a much softer outsole (creating more friction with the ground), and the Work shoes having a very stiff outsole. That being said, when walking around at work, the shoes do seem to serve their non-slip purpose. As for the water-resistance, I am not fully convinced. I had plenty of opportunity to test that out, when the snow turned to slush and puddles. I think the scotch-guard coating probably helps, a little. But, then again, you could always just spray scotch-guard (or camp-dry, or whatever water-proofing product you want) on any pair of shoes. After wearing them for maybe a little over a week now, I feel like the insole is a little more comfortable than they were, when I first got them. But, the work shoes are still not nearly as comfortable as the GoWalks. My feet always hurt, well before my shift is over, now. I think, next time, I will go back to their walking shoes, and just live without having the non-slip soles (I never really had any problem with slipping, anyway). I would love it, if they would put the soles from the GoWalks, with the uppers, from these shoes. That would be about perfect (except for not being non-slip).
I recently got these slip-on work shoes for a friend who juggles part-time shifts at a restaurant. These shoes have quickly become a game-changer for him, particularly when it comes to staying safe on the job.The mesh fabric upper of these shoes is not just comfortable but also practical. What sets them apart is the slip-resistant traction outsole, which gives him the confidence to move swiftly without the fear of slipping on wet or greasy surfaces. The elastic side gores at the opening make them easy to slip on and off, which is essential during those fast-paced restaurant shifts. They’re designed with practicality in mind.Safety is a top priority in the restaurant business, and these shoes offer that with their slip-resistant feature and electrical hazard protection. It’s reassuring for my friend and gives him peace of mind as he navigates the busy kitchen and dining areas.Comfort is equally important, especially when you’re on your feet for hours. The memory foam comfort footbed provides that much-needed cushioning, making those long shifts a lot more bearable. In summary, these shoes have been a lifesaver for my friend during his restaurant shifts. They offer the perfect blend of safety, comfort, and practicality, making them an excellent choice for anyone working in a fast-paced environment. They’ve become an indispensable part of his work gear, and he wouldn’t have it any other way.
Very comfortable. Fit nice 👍
They are not water proof at all. The we’ll resist a little bit off water. I wasn’t worried about that when I purchased them. I was worried about the support, comfort, and slip factor on wet surfaces. You won’t slip unless it’s sleeting on your floor. The balance between comfort and support is good. I’d work eight hours in the their slip on comfort walking shoes and I would slip all over the place. I expected that. What I didn’t expect is how much my feet would hurt after. With these shoes the pains never come. I’ve had them about a month now. If it goes 2 the same way I’d buy again for the price. If it goes four or more I’ll be over impressed.
