When it comes to footwear for healthcare professionals, the Skechers Men's Arch Fit SR-Tineid really shines. The first thing you'll notice is its comfortable construction. With an air-cooled memory foam footbed, this shoe keeps your feet feeling fresh even after long hours on your feet. The Arch Fit insole system is podiatrist-certified, ensuring that your arches get the support they need, which is crucial for preventing fatigue during extended shifts.
The slip-resistant traction outsole adds another layer of security. Whether you're navigating a busy hospital or a slick dining room, this shoe helps mitigate the risk of slips and falls. The lightweight midsole also contributes to an overall cushioned experience, reducing impact and strain on your joints.
In terms of practicality, the Skechers Men’s Arch Fit SR-Tineid is machine washable, making it easy to maintain hygiene standards while keeping your footwear looking new. The stretchy front panel allows for quick slip-on wear, a handy feature for those busy mornings.
However, it's worth noting that while this shoe offers incredible comfort and support, some users have mentioned needing a short break-in period to achieve the best fit. Additionally, the color options may be limited if you're someone who prefers more variety.

Love it shoes so it good comfortable real good.
Excellent great product
The shoe comes with a very high arch supportive insert. I wore the shoes for a day or two but really cramped my toes bad. I really felt like I couldn't wear them. But I swapped the inserts with a pair of just regular tennis shoes I had made all the difference. Looking at the insert the heel part rises up and cups to heal which seems nice but it also forces your foot forward probably half an inch at least in its normal rear position. I compare the shoes against my old shoes which are the same brand but different style but similar as in the non-slip work style. They look similar in size if not slightly bigger and the plastic rubber around the tow area helps keep your feet from soaking up water in wet grass and stuff like that. Comfort is similar. But for me swapping out the inserts with very flat inserts fixed the cramping issue.
Have 3 other pairs of Skechers, LOVE them Hate these..
I had the regular ones like these before. But the arch fit makes these shoes great, I am a Chef in a catering business! I am on my feet 12 to 14 hours a day, man these arch fit make a long day a lot better! I can’t tell you how highly I recommend these shoes!! These shoes are a game changer for me!
Even with a full size larger as I have done for several pairs of workshoe slip ons, these shoes were so tight that the sides of my feet were getting scratched from the friction of my socks digging into my skin. If it weren't for that I think it's a pretty good, but I ultimately ended up going back to my 2 year old beat up memory foam sketchers cause work was starting to get very painful. Still not positive the Arch-Fit padding is better than memory foam, as advertised and answered in one of these product's Q&A sections.
These are the only shoes my husband will wear. He gets foot, knee, and back pain and he swears these help. This is like his third pair. He walks 15,00-20,000 steps a day so he needs the support.
