Like mine. I can't wear athletic shoes. There is an arch but it breaks in quickly. It's much like a dress shoes upper with out padding, which I prefer. I use indoor and out delivering and in restaurant kitchen.
Since I bought I really love wearing them everyday for work, they are very comfortable, soft when walking and with extra space for the toes, I bought half size bigger for extra comfort and they worked very well
Comfortable and nice looking shoes, but as others have said the leather cracks rather quickly. Not a big deal as they are for work.
The non-slip action on these is super impressive. I’m a cafe GM, working 10+ hour shifts, and these strike a great balance between professional and practical. Sizing was on point too. Will definitely re-purchase in the future.
I purchased these shoes knowing that Shoes for Crews was a reputable company. The shoes worked fine for the first 2 weeks but I noticed a small tear in the toe area. This tear only grew as time went on to the point that in only 2 months the shoes were destroyed. My job is not strenuous either just a regular bakery job where I work on average 18 hours a week. Surely these shoes should’ve lasted longer than a few months in a low paced, low impact environment. Sad to say I’ll have to invest another $60 in some shoes to replace these ones.
Non slip is most important because I am a swimming and water polo referee.Biggest problem is heel is too wide so I need to have inserts put in so my heel doesn't slip up and down.
These shoes are really comfortable and look exactly like they look in the pictures the only problem I had was they were a little big but the more I wore them the better they got
The shoe runs big, looks good, is slip resistant, sole is comfortable but even with it running big there is still a really uncomfortable hard seam in the front around the toe arch area where the lace starts and that is very irritating and uncomfortable. I wore these for years while working on the ship so I bought this as a replacement but this is particular one has been disappointing .
