Ordered this on October 12, and got them October 17th. I'm a food service manager and head cook at where I work. There are only two in the kitchen, so I'm on my feet all day since seven in the morning.Years ago I had nonslip shoes, but I couldn't find them when I started working where I am now. So I ended up buying at a different retail from where I did originally (since the other place closed). They didn't work, my feet hurt so much. They had some padding, but an unnecessary pad right dead center of the heel, just a little bump. And it was torture. So I decided to look on Amazon and I found these shoes. Saw the pictures and reviews. I was a bit iffy that the padding was pretty small, but decided it would be a good change. And I've fallen in love with these shoes.The first few days were a bit uncomfortable since my feet still ached from the previous shoes, but as the days passed these shoes were amazing. Padding isn't thick like in other shoes, fits well, pretty light, works as intended and most importantly it's so comfortable and doesn't cause any pain. Definitely recommend these shoes! I have fasciitis and have sharp pains more often and the wrong shoes cause more pain, but these don't.
I work in a deli and have had problems with shoes that don’t last very long and cause foot problems. These are the only shoes I’ve found that not only don’t wear out as quickly and are comfortable even months later
Great shoes pretty slip resistant, pretty water resistant, comfortable for a little bit but then the downsides when I say comfortable for a little bit I mean probably a 4-6 hour shift any longer it’s a no go. They do hold smells and require cleaning them to avoid them looking like they’ve been through war (worked at subway) did I mention these aren’t comfortable? Well they’re not I had to put inserts in them and even then it was still a little unbearable. As well the sole to the shoe likes to slip out everytime you take your foot out after about a month if use. I’d recommend if you’re not looking for a comfortable work shoe or you only work short shifts
I work in the kitchen and these shoes are amazing and easy to clean, they are anti slip, they felt tight for the first week but after using them for a while they fit really nice and are comfortable to work with for long hours
REVIEW UPDATES*FIVE MONTHS OF USE*For the past five months I have been using these shoes every day for a minimum shift of 5hrs, the longest shift being 13hrs. Even after five months they still provide great slip resistance and water repelling. However, my feet are now aching unbearably after each shift. I decided to buy several new insoles for arch support and none have worked so far. Sadly, tho a great shoe in the beginning, I will stop using these.*THREE MONTHS OF USE*After three months of use the shoes are starting to make my feet hurt a lot at the end of each shift, regardless if it's a 5 hour or 12 hour shift. I have purchased new insoles to see if this would make my feet feel better.Aside from that. The shoes continue to provide great slip resistance (I have yet to slip with these shoes) and great water proofing. I love those two features so far.*ONE MONTH OF USING THESE SHOES*I've been using these shoes for a month now and they have done wonders for my feet. They remain super comfortable, they proved to be very slip resistant; I have not slipped once since using these shoes while my colleagues continue to slip pretty frequently. I've also had drinks (including hot coffee) spilled over these shoes and not a single drop has ever gone thru. I do not feel pain in my arch nor in the foot in general. I have wide feet and these shoes feel very comfortable. They provide great support and have very good slip and water resistance. I ordered my usual size and they fit perfectly.

I work in a restaurant 4 days a week and average 6 hours a shift. For the last two weeks my knees, ankles, and feet have been in so much pain. My last pair of Shoes for Crews lasted me years and were so comfortable. These are the opposite of that. I am really disappointed with this purchase.
