I bought these after I couldn't take standing in reebok non slips for 10 any more.. I was aching all over. So I had these shipped the next day and my feet are so much happier. The slight heel helps me stand up straighter and the memory foam insole softens the impact from the concrete floors I work on. I would recommend any of keen's work series.
Unfortunately I had to return these shoes since they weren't comfortable. They fit well, but hurt the top of my foot when I walked. The open Mary Jane style cut across a bony part of my foot and dug in with each step. If the cut open area were higher on my foot it would have been more comfortable. The quality of the shoe is good.
I am in nursing school and we are required to wear white shoes. Have tried tennis, Crocs, and various nursing shoes but have heel issues and fatigue after being on my feet for 12+ hours a day. I have worn Keen flips and loved them. When I step in these it is awesome, no heel pain, no tired feet. Bad part is where it hits me on the top of my foot. I spent about and hour having to trim the plastic stitching as they poked our all around the edge and dug into my foot. I am sure that they just need to stretch out a bit, but for what I paid you would hope you didn't have to work it down to feeling comfortable. I would buy these again, but glad I ordered a half size bigger than normally wear.
I bought this shoe to wear to work- I work 12 hour shifts as a nurse, and they are comfortable all the way through my shift. The quality seems good and I've had keens before that held up well over time. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is that the heel design seems to make my socks get sucked down over time- not cool. There are definitly certain socks that I just can't wear with these shoes.I
I purchased this pair of Keen shoes for my daughter as she works in the produce department of a natural foods store. She is on cement floors and on her feet for long hours at a time. The shoes are extremely comfortable but the elastic where the buckle is sewn onto the shoe stretched out after a short time and is in need of repair.
I'm a librarian so being on my feet is part of my job and a great supportive shoe is something you look for, plus I live in Wyoming and the non slip sole is a must on icy days. Great shoe
