The fit is perfect, the sides felt a little snug at first because my feet tend to be a bit wide, but after wearing them for two days, they felt good. Sturdy work shoe. I would recommend this brand and shoe to anyone who has to be on their feet for a full work shift, or does a lot of walking.
So far they have been killing my feet. It's been about 2 weeks now. I feel like they should be broken in at least a little by now. And yesterday I noticed that the sole is already peeling off on my right shoe. It may get better with time, but for now I'm wearing 2 insoles and that seems to be the only way I can bear to wear these for 8 hours on my feet. I will change my review if it's just me having to break them in but for now I feel 2 stars is appropriate.Ok it's been a couple of months wearing these shoes every day at work and they aren't hurting my feet as bad with tge 2 insoles still in them. But the shoes are falling apart. The sole at tge toe is slowly coming off and the inside where my heel is is crumbling off. I'm taking my rating down to 1 star and finding a new pair of work shoes.
My wife likes this type of Dickies SR3115 shoe and has bought them for years; because they last are durable and light weight.. I received them quickly, and well packed. She put them on, comfortable and was a perfect fit. Best of all we did not have to go out searching for them. I think this this is the third bought pair from Amazon
It ran about a half size too large. Couldn't really pull the laces tight for a firm for around the foot. The comfort while walking was there.Wasn't very good about slip proof, i felt my foot slide multiple times throughout the shift.Planning on returning.
Bought these for work, initially they were fine, albeit a bit too large, but still comfortable. Within a month the sole started to fall apart and peel away, but I didn't really care too much. Still wore them over the course of a year, the soles kept peeling away even after I had tried fixing them with crazy glue, and the shoes had warped so badly that I was not only walking on the inside sole, but also the side of the shoe, and I had ripped a giant hole in the sneaker.Ultimately I would not reccomend these shoes if you want your shoes to last longer without falling apart. They're good in a pinch, if you don't have a ton of money and desperately need shoes for work, like I did, but they're not good long term. After they fell apart I replaced them with a good pair of leather hiking boots, which were a bit more of an investment, but ultimately worth it.
This shoe is a decent fit, and good for work. True to size. It doesn't have much cushion, and I wear it for 6 hours per day on concrete, but I do wear 2 prs of "cushiony" socks which helps. It appeared to be very adaptable. I didn't have much trouble "breaking them in" I thought they would be really uncomfortable at least the first couple days, but they were good the first day with double socks.
I bought these instead of shoes for crews because I got tired of them wearing out so fast. Not only do they last longer, but they are super comfortable. They even have memory foam on the bottom for extra comfort! Also, they don't slip around like other cheap brands do.
After wearing these shoes to work about 12-15 times (4 hours a shift) the sole completely detached from the shoe. They were comfortable but defective.
