A little tight but I wore them all day
I work walking up and down stairs all day. These have been the best so far I’ve gotten to help with foot pain. I do not feel the pain at the end of the day. It’s true to size. It fits very snugged but I feel that’s what gives your ankles the support they need when you are on your feet.
I expected a little bit more for the name! I do stand and walk 12h/ day , I get the support and comfort but after a week I’ve been told that my shoes look like I’ve been wearing them for a month.
These were way too narrow for my feet, which made them uncomfortable, so I returned them & bought Skechers. I have normal width feet, and have never bought shoes in wide size. It’s too bad, I probably would’ve liked them, if they didn’t hug my feet so tight. I like room in my shoes.I don’t know why a shoe company would make shoes so narrow. What kind of customers are they catering to? 🤦🏽♀️
As a chef I’m on my feet 9-10 hour days. Dansko has been one of my go to pair of shoes. Last pair I purchased either was disconnected or couldn’t find. I love a good slip-on and who has time to tie your shoes when you have your hands in literally something. My feet have gotten bigger as time wore on starting at a 6 and now I’m a 7-7 1/2. I could feel the tip of my left top creeping to the top. I knew I had to get a 38 after reading the reviews. Last pair of Dansko were a 37. I stretched those to perfection and they were so comfortable until the day needing replacement. These have a snug fit but still comfortable. Leather is nice and have a decent cushy bottom.I'm writing some additional information after I just worn them all day for the first time. They felt great for the first several hours and because they are snug my feet started to ache around the 5-6 hour mark. If I remember correctly this happened with the last pair of Dansko's I purchased. You have to wear them enough for a good stretching out. I'm going to still wear my old pair until I can stretch the new pair. Maybe wearing them around the house for a few hours a day or over the weekend will help they for a full day.Adding to my review. I’m marking these down from a 4 star to a three. I’ve never had a work shoe only last 5 months. I have worn out the bottom and my feet have been experiencing some pain. The leather has held up nicely. As you can see I beat the hell out of them. Maybe I’m just to tough for this particular brand of Dansko.
I have one foot size 10 and the other a 10.5 The size 10 foot has had 4 surgeries from a torn tendon and several surgeries on the great toe. The toe is fused in an elevated position so I can walk, thus the need for a higher toebox. Not to mention I have a very high instep, needless to say I'm a hard fit. I bought and returned 22 pairs of shoes before I found this one which fits my foot and all its maladies perfect. Awesome support for my flight attendant feet. Highly recommend this style if you have messed up feet.
I work in a country club, I had them for 3 months and they are already worn. I will not be buying these again.
I wore Dansko for years, took a little break and switched to similar brand. I'm back to Dansko again and I won't look elsewhere for work shoes. I'm on my feet most of my work day and these shoes help reduce leg fatigue, achy back and my feet are happy again! They do seem a little more narrow but I love the heel height as compared to the professional clog style. Overall, these are a winner!
