Recently switched back to Footjoy shoes due to a peroneal tendon injury. In my opinion, they offer the best support and swing stability of any shoe I’ve worn. Great comfort to go along with stability and support. Classic look, obviously well made coming from Footjoy and highly recommend these shoes. Excellent traction and no issue in wet or dry conditions. Delivery was fast coming from Carl’s Golfland, who I have purchased from in the past. Excellent online store.
I played in these for the first time today. I am a former professional golfer so I definitely know performance and a quality product. This style Pro/SL was great right out of the box and comfortable all day. No slipping. Dry in wet/dew conditions. The newer model of Pro/SL was not comfortable and felt cheap. I do have a pair of the Pro/SL Carbon and those are comfortable as well (but to be expected with a better lining on the inside of shoe). All in all I’d buy this style or the Pro/SL Carbon (the best feeling). I great bargain.
Nice looking shoe, good grip, I have not slipped even in wet conditions. White gets dirty pretty fast but I haven’t felt any wetness down to the sock. Not nearly as much cushion underfoot as I’d like for a walking shoe but it’s not the worst I’ve had as a walking golfer.
I just love the way this pair feel, I have walked now 2 full rounds, so comfortable. I did add a thin set of Dr. Scholls cushion liners but I put those in all of my boots and shoes. At 12” bare footed I wear a size 13 while being flat footed too. I would highly recommend these. These are easy to care for, especially when cleaning since they are spikeless. As for grip and traction, I’m very impressed on how well they hold up on the turf and concrete especially when pushing the cart uphill and during the swinging of the clubs. This is only my 2nd pair of Footjoys, 1st pair bought in 2012 are now my backups. 🏌️

You really can't go wrong with FootJoy. These wide shoes are very comfortable and provide excellent support. I have played several rounds with them and I am delighted with the grip and fit. Highly recommended.

I’ve had several pairs of these Footjoy golf shoes. I bought these 2017 model shoes in Jan. 2020 for $69.00. Same Shoe as 2020 but different design and a lot less expensive.I love Footjoy shoes. I’ll probably never wear another brand. Comfortable, stylish and great performance. Add in a very nice orice and you can’t beat them.
