Very nice golf and casual shoe. Looks good with jeans, khakis, and shorts. The size was perfect and the shoes are very comfortable. You just can’t beat Ecco golf shoes!
They took some breaking in, but you can walk 18 without pain and be confident in the grip under your feet each swing. I’ve gotten plenty of compliments on the look too!
Really nice Ecco golf shoes. Wearing them on all dry days. Comfort plus. Walk 18 and not even notice ur feet
These shoes are extremely comfortable if you are going to walk 18. The only draw back is the support in the heel could be better; otherwise very happy with this purchase.
Great quality and are very comfortable
Playing golf
I owned a pair of ECCOs in the past and I wore the absolute crap out of them. I think they lasted a good 3-4 years before I replaced them, and I only replaced them because the leather was looking rough; structurally they were still perfectly fine. The shoes I replaced them with, however, started falling apart the same year I bought them, and they weren't cheap either ($200+)... It seems for me, most golf shoes fail at the right toe, where the shoe starts to separate from the sole. I would assume this is common since there is a constant twisting motion there as golfers turn through the ball. My previous ECCOs did not do this. With all that being said, I purchased these for three reasons:1) I loved my previous ECCOs2) These were about $100 less and had a more casual look, and3) The toe appears to mold into the sole as if it is one pieceThe problem I had with these was a combination of the sizing and the design of the shoe itself. I ordered the 12-12.5 because I wear a 12-13 in every shoe I currently own, and my previous ECCOs were a 12-12.5. For whatever reason, these looked like clown shoes when I took them out of the box. I put them on and sure enough, my toe was a good 1-1.25" from the tip of the shoe. So, I returned them and ordered the 11-11.5. Well, I received those this morning and although the toe fit better, the heel was just too wide... I could not tie them tight enough to get my heel to stop sliding up as I stepped. I wore them around for about an hour and started to get a blister.I love the look of them, the price, and I know they're top quality, but ultimately I decided to return them and go with a different brand this time. I think it's just the way these are designed; with the built-in tongue there is just no way to get the shoe tight in the heel if it doesn't already fit you. This is the first time I've ever hit this with a golf shoe, but I guess I just have "skinny" heels...
breathable, comfortable, great grip...started wearing them as my summer work shoes, perfect shoe
