The ECCO Men's Biom Hybrid 4 Gore-TEX Waterproof Golf Shoe stands out in terms of performance and comfort. One of the defining features is its incorporation of GORE-TEX waterproof technology, making it an excellent choice for golfers who often face unpredictable weather. This means you can focus on your game without worrying about soggy socks or uncomfortable wet feet.
In terms of comfort, the FLUIDFORM Technology creates a lightweight sole that conforms naturally to your foot's shape. Coupled with the BIOM NATURAL MOTION technology, these shoes allow for a more natural walking motion which is crucial during long hours on the course. Many users have reported that they experienced little to no discomfort even after prolonged use.
When assessing stability, the X-TENSA INVISIBLE TECHNOLOGY offers a unique feature that connects the sole unit directly to the laces, providing enhanced stability that keeps you grounded during your swings. This is complemented by the versatile ECCO MTN GRIP outsole, which allows for various movements while maintaining excellent grip.
However, it’s worth noting that the higher price may be a consideration for budget-conscious buyers, and some individuals may find that the shoes take a bit of time to break in. Still, the overall quality and innovative technology used in these shoes typically warrant the investment.

I’m a fan of ECCO golf shoes. This pair is one of several I have worn over the past twelve years. These shoes offer excellent support for the arch, heel, and ankle area which is critical for an effective golf swing. The removable inserts is soft but the support described above is built into the shoes. The sole of these golf shoes provide soft “ground grippers” that work effectively in wet and dry conditions on the course. The style of the shoe is consistent with the trend of a more athletic/tennis shoe look. They clean easily with a quick wipe down with a damp cloth.
The shoes are comfortable and soft , my husband is very happy with them.
Best golf shoe ever, very stable, very comfortable, totally waterproof only negative is they only lasted about 14 months playing twice a week in southern California.
Best golf shoe I’ve ever worn. Good protection against moisture, great fit, looks good, and wears well. This is my second pair—didn’t need a new pair just wanted another pair in reserve.
I bought this brand after reading many great reviews about them. The only problem I had here in Los Angeles was that every shoe store, sports store or golf store didn't carry the Ecco Brand; so I could not try them on before purchase. So I followed the instructions on sizing on the Ecco web site. I normally wear a 9 in Nike or Adidas. With Ecco, I am an 8/8.5 (42) which ran larger than my other shoes when they arrived. The shoe feels great. Narrow in the heal and wide in the front for the toes to spread out. About a half size larger than any of my other shoes. I will let you know what it feels like in later reviews when I take them on the golf course. I chose Ecco because with Nike the soles keep separating from the shoe after about 6 rounds in hot weather. Adidas seem to shrink after a while when you sweat in them after a while.
The quality of these shoes are great. They are waterproof and good looking. Best of all they fit his wide feet.
Second pair I have bought a great product as I enjoy a wide fit shoe
Very comfortable, looks great, very well made.
