Love these!
Love these shoes. I never get to wear flats. They always hurt my feet and make my bunions sore. Not these!! They fit perfectly and I wore them for 10 hours today. No issues at all. Thank you so much for making a great flat that you can wear with feet issues without any hurting going on. I will definitely get these in every color!!They are also attractive unlike most of my orthopedic shoes.
The shoe itself looks really nice on, and the Color cream is perfect for a neutral look. My only criticism is the shoe is a tight fit across the bottom of the toes area…..bunion area, across foot to the other side where the little toe area is. The soft, giving fabric is the reason I chose this shoe, because of my wide feet and sometimes painful bunions.I’m hoping the fabric will stretch a bit to accommodate the width better. Otherwise, the shoes are comfortable and I like them enough to keep them.
Based on other reviews I really thought these would be “the ones!” Unfortunately, they run large but since I have bunions I went with my normal size 8 1/2–they gapped on the sides and slipped off! Not sure they’re worth the money—support is just OK, look is good but similar to other, less expensive, flats in other brands!
I have a bunion on my right foot. I have to work at upscale events for my employer, and I spend all day on my feet. I'm a videographer and need to be comfortable but look nice while I carry gear with me. I had really done research on these shoes, compared them to similar and less expensive brands, and decided these would be perfect for my needs. One hundred bucks isn't the most pricy shoes of all time, but it's also not nothing. Now, I love that these shoes are made from recycled material. I love that you can wash them. I love that they are simple and still elegant. There's a lot to like about them.However... and maybe this is just me...Not only were these shoes incredibly uncomfortable, I got blisters on my toes and a rubbed raw spot on the backs of my feet. I wore them for 10-12 hour days, for five days in a row. After the first day, I was already in agony. But, stupidly, I had so much hope for these shoes that I didn't bring any backups.I am still hoping that in a few weeks when I am more healed and ready to try again, these can be just some day shoes for regular wear. I had wanted them to be my new upscale working shoes, but that didn't pan out very well. Granted, when I travel and work, I work hard. It's tremendous amounts of standing and walking for intense hours and for several days at least. These are not the shoes for that.I really do not like to give a bad review, especially in light of the aspects about the shoes and the company that makes them that I find very appealing. But I don't want anyone to literally step into these shoes with the ideas that I had... These are not meant for that kind of work or for those sorts of hours.I must be in a very small minority of people who had such a bad experience with VIVAIA shoes... Also, I think I had even higher hopes for them given that they are Margot "style" and my name is Margot. Seemed like kismet.Anyway, these are really awesome shoes for a lot of valid reasons but not for someone who needs them for the reasons I needed them. So, literally... tread lightly as you weigh your intentions and needs.
I was really skeptical about ordering these shoes because of the reviews. But I have wide feet with bunions, and I have to say these shoes are so comfortable and versatile that I’m so glad that I bought them. Will definitely get another pair in a different color to add to my wardrobe.
They are exactly as they say they are. The fit is exactly how my foot was measured with traditional measuring instrument. They are very well made. Wonderful quality. I have an oversized big toe…rather thick. Other than that, of you foot looks anything like mine, I think you will be satisfied.
I ordered these because they were supposed to be good for wide feet. When I first put them on they were a bit snug across the toe box, but I figured they might stretch. Wore them to run errands. Within 30 minutes the back of both heels were bloody and both pinky toes had blisters. Cute, might work for others, not me.
