The shoe breathes well. It does have some arch support but not enough for my arches. I needed to add an extra arch support. The support they provide in the foot bed does come out so you can add orthotics if you have them. It was nice to finally get a shoe that was long enough for my foot.

Fit a little high In the heel. But, I love the shoe- fits great.
Shoe is made well. Material similar to Crocs but softer. Unfortunately it was too narrow and I could not get my foot in it. I had to return it but I will look to see if they have a wide size.
I should have listened to the other reviewer. The heel of these is too high and tight and cuts into my ankle. Other than that, they appear to be pretty good quality, but because of the heel issue, they are unwearable.
My 96 year old client loves these shoes!
