I have purchased these sandals in both orange and blue. I love them both. Colors are distinctive, the fit comfortable, and the quality high. Everything one expects from Mephisto. True to size.
These sandals tend to start out feeling a little narrow if you have a wider foot, which I do, but they break in and fit really well after a bit. I had another pair that fit great once they were a little more broken in and I suspect these will as well. They feel a bit more supportive than other sandals that I own, mostly Birkenstocks, as the sole is thicker and I like that they don't stretch as much as Birks so they don't flop around as much. I love the braided strap, makes the sandal look a little dressier.
This was a sweet deal. Love Mephistos. Nothing beats them for comfort, even my Birkenstocks.
The picture and name of sandal was not what was shipped. Reordered and same item shipped again. False advertising of item!

Twice I ordered the Heleonore style, it has a white and silver braided look strap on top. (I love Mephisto sandals so I kept trying). Both times I was sent the plain white Helen sandal (I have that one already).Both times I sent them back and after the second try, I ordered them online at another site. So I can review them (not sure you can buy that style here though) (and I hate when the stock is messed up and you get something other than what you ordered/it’s always a risk to figure out if it was a packaging error or if it was loaded into the system with the wrong picture. As of 4/2023 this was wrong in the system).Anyway the Heleonore style is gorgeous. I love it. I’d load a photo if the app would let me access my photos! Obviously there are some software problems here. It’s white and silver leather on top, the main strap is braided. The cork bottom is different—it’s white and not cork. I have another pair of Mephistos with white between the sole and the rubber traction on the bottom of the shoe and they’re not as comfortable if you’re going to be wearing them all day. Also, the pretty strap I wanted badly enough to order them repeatedly trying to get the right shoe, well it’s pretty dang uncomfortable when it dips between your toes.All that said, I may keep them anyway because pretty. Lol.

Received the wrong design but since these were just as cute, I kept the shoes. I thought I’d find myself buying a couple more since initially they felt really cushiony and comfortable. To my dismay, after a walk around the grocery store, the top of my feet was in pain and started to bruise. The sandals are heavy and the top of the feet had to account for the weight, I suppose.
