Good looking shoe, wouldn’t gestitate to buy from 5his shoe company again
I love the style and color of this shoe! I ordered the 8W based on reviews about them stretching out but I wouldn't be able to wear these long enough to stretch them! They are too small for me in length and width. They look to be well made but I don't like how the end of the jute trim is exposed on the outside of the right shoe. I'm going to exchange them for a 8.5W and hope that resolves both issues.With all that said, there is no "normal" shoe size for me. My right foot is slightly larger than my left. I might need anywhere from an 8, 8W, 8.5, 8.5W or even a 9... it all depends on the design of the shoe. This makes shoe shopping a challenge for me whether it's online or in a store. I really wish the designers, manufacturers and buyers in the shoe industry would literally walk a mile in the shoes we're expected to wear all day! I'll update this review after I try on the size 8.5W.
I’ve been looking for low heel espadrilles for a number of years. The ones I had been looking at were always SUPER EXPENSIVE!!! But when I saw these from LIFE STRIDE Shoes on Amazon, I was in HEAVEN!!! The cost was well below the price I was targeting. The shoes were the color I was looking for (Yellow/Mustard); the heel is a height of 2.5 and the size 8 was dead on! To me, nothing says SUMMER then a nice pair of yellow espadrilles!!!
These are cute and the fit is really good...until I start walking. My heels keep slipping out and cause me to trip. Maybe heel grips on the inside will help, I dunno. They could also use a little more support in the arch.
Love this shoe but runs large! I normally wear a 7.5 and that’s what I ordered. When I got them and tried them on, I literally walked out of them. I sent them back and ordered a 7 which fit perfect.
#1 - I have bunions and to prevent pain I’ve been replacing all my shoes with new shoes that have arch support. These advertised as having support and added comfort, but there was ZERO arch support in these. I can’t understand why these are priced so high when the fit and quality felt like a $20 pair of shoes you could get anywhere…?#2 - I’m between a 6.5/7 depending on the brand so I went with a 6.5 based on reviews that this ran a little large. Hopefully you can see from the pics that these had tons of additional room and were way too big, so if you were to get them I’d recommend getting a full size smaller than normal.#3 - I personally found these to have a weird shape. I took a pic from vice to show what I mean - but I felt like these almost like ballooned out on the sides. I was not at all a fan.Definitely will be returning these and certainly don’t recommend them to anyone.
These shoes fit like a glove and are perfect to bring on a relaxed holiday. They make your outfit look more flattering in the evening if you’re by the beach or pool and want to wear something casual yet chic
I'd have given these a 5-star rating if they were not a bit uncomfortable in the toe box for long wear. Otherwise, the floral design makes them a playful choice, and the cotton and jute construction make them perfect for summer wear.
