Very comfortable out of box. Love the look but was surprised that they are also water resistant.
These shoes run wide. I have to concur with other reviews about my feet slipping up & down out of the shoe. I solved it by adding memory foam inserts and wear heavier socks. Which is kinda typical for me with a narrow foot. I really, really like these shoes and despite the sizing issue they are very comfortable. Great dark grey color that goes with everything & waterproof! But kinda slippery on some surfaces and the velcro closure doesn't actually do anything & is on the wrong side of the shoe. Very hard to reach around the outside of the shoe to line up the closure (but I'm older). Despite the negs I have noted I still really like the shoes. Have seen for as much as $35 more than what I paid, so I'm very glad I found them on Amazon for way less.
I have been wearing jbu sneakers for a while. I couldn't of find it anywhere even on Amazon. Well it just popped up. And I am happy. What I love is no lace ups and the insoles they're comfortable. Walking around 8hrs at the end of the day your feet feels not overly tired. And the colors is just perfect for this time of the year. I hope I don't have to blow up the internet searching again. I bought 2prs. The other one on another site.
These shoes are really cute. Unfortunately, not only are they too long (I wear an 8 1/2 D and I ordered an 8), but they are also not a true wide. The bottom of the shoe is not wide and does not fully support the foot. The shoe does appear to be able to stretch so it would give more room in the toe box, but unfortunately my foot would hang over the side and not be supported by the bottom. Sadly, I am returning them.
This shoe is darn close to perfect and with plantar fasciitis that's saying a lot!! My foot is semi wide but the regular width works perfectly. I normally wear a 9.5 or 10 and the 9.5 fits well and the 9 may have also worked. The first day I wore these turned into a long day on my feet with some walking as my car broke down. My feet were happy although I wished I had worn socks ... but I didn't get blisters. Buy them!!

These shoes are extremely comfortable for all-day standing. I love them so much! The reason why I gave them four stars is because they’re not the color I expected. Perhaps I should’ve looked closer. But also, most importantly is that I wanted them to be outdoor shoes, but unfortunately, as I was using them as indoor shoes, kind of breaking them in, I slipped on our tile floor. So that leads me to believe that these are going to be really slippery on any sort of outside surface. I really love them for indoor shoes. Wished that they were more stable outside. But will keep them for that purpose. Also I normally wear a size 9, but these are 8 1/2.
