I got these in size euro 40/us 10, which is my usual Camper size. Camper styles vary, sometimes that size is a bit big, which these are, and sometimes it’s almost a full size smaller. These run a bit big for bare feet, but with socks work great. Easy to wear, no break in time whatsoever. I did spray a little shoe stretcher on my left big toe place but they immediately stretched out to have no problem on that toe, which has arthritis. I also pull out the insoles on my Campers since I really prefer a zero drop shoe and their insoles have a slight wedge to the heel that bothers me a bit. I take out their insoles and use a completely flat foam one (Lems Shoes has great ones that fit their toes, the primal 2 insoles work great) and then I have a completely flat shoe which uses my foot muscles better than all the superfeet insoles I used for years. Thanks to covid I have been barefoot in my home for months, which has taken care of my arch support problems as well as fixed the start of a hammer toe and strengthened my feet muscles so that my Campers are all feeling even better than they did before with superfeet insoles. Those are great and fit into Campers very well if you need better arch support. These are great loafers, work with everything and come up higher than mary janes so that they cover your big toes comfortably. I’m not going out a lot, and have a lot of Camper ankle booties, but I’m finding that I grab these more often than those right now and I just got them. Recommend!
I will buy them one size up.
This is the most comfortable shoe that I have ever owned. I have 3 pairs at any given time of various ages. This shoe runs a full size small. Or 1.5 sizes small for US sizes. I am a 40 EU and usually a 9 or 9.5 US size and take an 11 in this shoe. SO size up..
Es raro esa es mi medida
I was not expecting these to fit as loafers usually don't on me, but I took a chance. I was really surprised that they do feel good and stay on (sometimes loafers slip off my feet). And I've never seen this style on the Camper website, so maybe this was an older shoe in a warehouse somewhere. But, I am fairly certain I'm keeping them, although they could have a little more support but I do like shoes I can easily slip on and these do, so pretty sure I'm keeping them unless something happens to change my mind. These are not shoes I would walk real far in, just quick runs to the store or something. They have padding but it's thin and you almost feel like you are barefoot so they wouldn't do for long walks. Leather is soft and conforms to your foot. These are more for fall or spring before it's warm enough for sandals or skimpy shoes, not for winter.
I love camper shoes, I was a little disappointed in the craftsmanship this time, not as good as it should of been considering how expensive they are.
This was a wonderful shoe, however it was at the least 1 shoe size if not 2 off. I normally wear a 9 ordered a 10 and my toes were at the end of the shoe, poking almost through the leather. Not sure if an 11 would have fit. The shoe is made very well and its the softest leather I've had in a long time. They just need to make a bigger shoe for Americans. To bad I had to return them.
Definitely too small. Sizes are off. Shame because they look cute.
