I was pleased with the fit, comfortable right away. The red shoes are spunky and not too bright. The shoe feels well made.
Cute shoes, comfortable and nice color
Stiffer than expected compared to other styles of the same brand. Not as much arch support, either. I was aiming for comfort. I won’t wear these for comfort but they’re ok.
These flats are a cute style and fit as usual, a slightly wide B width. I wear a 6.5 -7 in born and this fits better in a 7. The rose red color is cheerful and I like the braided detail. The leather upper is stitched well. The shoe is manufactured in Mexico.The overall quality is not what I expect from Born. The sole is some horrid tan composite material, which seems to be solidly glued in place. No chance of replacing the soles, I expect. The leather has already scuffed in three places from walking out of my house, driving to work, and sitting at a desk for a few hours. After noticing two larger scuffs on the toes, I was able to mar the surface by rubbing my winter dry skin fingertip across it. The interior foot bed is a papery feeling manmade material. I'll try some neutral shoe cream to protect the leather upper.I am glad I got these on sale so I paid closer to what they are worth. At the usual full price I am accustomed to see for Born flats, the quality isn't there. Born should lower the price or improve the quality. I am a customer of more than ten years with about a dozen air of Born boots and flats in my closet. I won't remain a customer for long if this is the future of Born products.
I usually wear an 8 but read some of the posts saying it ran a little big. I ordered a 7 1/2 and they fit perfect. I usually walk 6 miles a day a work and these are very comfortable to walk in.
I like the wide toe bed and width. It is hard to fit my foot and this style works perfectly! I have bought 3 pairs in different colors.
I had a pair of black ones I bought in the store and loved them. Ordered a brown pair on line and they are identical and fit identical to the pair I bought in the store. Love them!!
The arch support is very poor! I have always been an 8 & half w/o fail but, not with Born...sloppy fit & a waste of my money!!!
