The Bloch Women's Dance Men's Pump Split Sole Canvas Ballet Slipper is an elegant choice for dancers seeking both style and performance. This slipper features a pump construction that encourages the canvas to hug the arch of your foot, ensuring a snug fit while minimizing material bunching when pointing. The soft and durable square canvas molds perfectly to your foot, providing an exceptional balance of comfort and support.
Designed with a heel seam cushion, these slippers create a smooth and aesthetically pleasing line of the foot, enhancing your overall dance appearance. Additionally, the tear drop shaped pads located at the toe and heel promote extra flexibility, allowing your foot to arch naturally during movement.

Comfort: One of the standout features of the Bloch Women's Dance Men's Pump Split Sole Canvas Ballet Slipper is its remarkable comfort level. The soft canvas material combined with the heel seam cushion provides a pleasant wearing experience, making it ideal for long rehearsals or performances.
Fit: Sizing can be a bit tricky as the recommendation is to start two sizes down from your street shoe. Once you find the right size, however, you'll appreciate how well the slipper fits, hugging the arch without feeling restrictive.
Durability: While the canvas material is designed for flexibility and comfort, it does require careful handling to ensure longevity. These shoes are primarily meant for indoor use, so keep that in mind if you're considering them for outdoor performances.
Overall Performance: The performance aspect of this slipper is commendable. The split sole allows for better articulation of the foot, and the flexible toe pads ensure that you can point your toes effectively. Whether you're practicing or performing, these shoes will support your movements beautifully.

They were very comfortable alitte wide but I brought the next size up because there wasn't any in my size. Also dyed very well no complaints
Perfectly well-made, but make sure you understand that all sizes are in men's sizes = they will be enormous on you if you order your normal women's size. The vamp of the shoe comes up higher than a women's shoe normally does - which can emphasize the downward slope of your toes a little more, but my daughter didn't feel comfortable with that look. The canvas also did not feel particularly stretchy to adhere to the foot and arch, but maybe that would be hard too tell because they were so overly large? We will be returning these.
Have worn these my whole career , honestly I haven’t found a silhouette that is more comfortable and beautiful on the foot. I would recommend for anyone looking to make the most beautiful lines possible.
It's silly how happy it made me to get a pair of ballet shoes that were closer to my skin than theatrical pink. They look and feel amazing. I have oddly shaped feet (wider than typical toe area and narrower than the typical heel, and these tightened up excellently. I got them to wear around the house because what former dancers don't go through warmup exercises randomly while doing housework? They make such a beautiful shape to the foot. I wasn't sure how I felt about the more square toe but that's silly- it works.
If you follow their size chart then it should fit.
I put it on for the first time and the stitching on one of the straps came right out
I like the shoe, didn’t like sewing the elastics myself
This is my 2nd purchase after mistakenly taking comment section seriously on my first ballet shoe from Bloch. I just measured from my toe tip to my heel tip without rotating my ruler with 90 degree angle, without twisting it and ordered that size. Ordered the Wide version despite my feet being not superwide. If you have super wide feet consider going .5 or 1 size larger than this method that I wrote here.
