Very comfortable and very, very cute. Everyone needs a little sparkle!
Shoes are attractive and comfortable
Let me preface my review by saying that I am very picky when it comes to shoe shopping. After my previous flats wore out (to the sole!) I knew I had to go shopping for another. The search was on, and before finding this pair I actually had ordered 3 others! My common issues with flats are that my feet are quite wide and thick, but fairly short. I also always have to deal with that horrible break in period with flats where the back of the shoe rubs my heel to the point of blistering.I tried a type of Bandolino flat on in DSW, and was wowed by the comfort. The elastic around the perimeter of the shoe makes it so there is honestly no rubbing. The only thing making me not consider it the perfect shoe was that they don't come in wide sizes. I normally wear a size 6.5 wide, (my feet measure 23cm for exact reference) but found the 6.5 wayyyyy too tight. The 7 is better. The shoe is still too narrow for my feet, and it makes it a little off to walk, but the amazing level of comfort made it so I was able to excuse the incorrect width. I've never had a flat that didn't initially rub my feet, but with these I've had no problem. The inside is a soft suede material, and I feel like my foot is perfectly hugged. My toes are a little squished, but I'll try and stuff them with socks to stretch them out a little more.Another amazing thing about these flats is that when I walk in them they stay on my feet. This might change once I wear them more, but with most flats, my heel automatically begins to pop up out of the back when I walk, so my toes try to compensate by scrunching up and grabbing the shoe to keep it on. I am not sure if this is an issue other people have with flats, but once the shoe stretches out, it always seems to happen. That's why the fact this shoe is slightly tight for my feet, and the elastic part, makes it so this hasn't yet become an issue, and I can walk comfortably without my heel slipping up. (Knock on wood!!)I wish these shoes came in wide sizes, as I'd honestly consider them perfect then. However, for anyone with normal or normal to wide feet, these shoes will work wonderfully! I've tried several types of aerosoles, easy spirit, blowfish, and none of them compare to these as far as the initial comfort. You won't need to wear bandaids on your heels for the first week of breaking in, instead you'll completely forget you have these on your feet!I noticed that even my short toes show some toe cleavage with these shoes, so if you have long toes I think you'll definitely show that. One other very small issue I have is that I think the inner material will easily cause sweating and absorb smells. So far they haven't, but blowfish flats have a similar inner suede lining, and I've had trouble with them. For anyone with wide feet, order a half size up! Your feet will still be a little wide for the bottom of the shoe but it will still most likely be comfortable.
I haven.t worn the shoes yet so I cant say much about them. They did feel fine when I tried them on.
Absolutely love these shoes and consider them my go-to favorite shoes. They are comfortable enough to wear when I am on my feet all day. They do not have good arch support, but remind me of a pair of slippers, minus the fuzzy lining. With that being said, the sizing consistency among these shoes is awful! I have them in 4 different colors and each one is a different size, and yet each one fits perfectly. 7 M, 7W, 8M, 8W. (I typically wear a 6.5 W)The sizing is even off within the SAME color shoe. I just ordered a backup pair in black in the SAME size I ordered a month ago (7W), and it is one size too small and narrow! I had the same problem when trying to find the correct size in the charcoal color as well. There is also a difference in the height of the back of the heel. Some are shorter on my ankle and are very comfortable, while one color is higher. I had to add a cushion to it so that it didn't dig into my ankle.Once you find the correct size they are wonderful shoes. The process up until that point with the inconsistent sizing, on the other hand, is very frustrating!
I bought the gold pair a few years ago in a brick and motor store. I love them so much had to find them again. I wear a size 10 but had to buy size 11 and they fit perfectly. I ordered the 11 and they fit perfectly.
Ok, here’s the tea: truth be told I’ve bought these before. I had prior experience. They are the same: after you use a few times around the house, you’ll notice them get more and more like, shaping to your feet…it’s the best way I can explain my experience with these gorgeous, suple leather, great pair of women’s flats! I will definitely buy them again here the Amazon World 🌎 Better price! 😎
no support at all but very cute but ran very small, I wear a 9-9.5 depending on the brand but these 9.5 would barely go on my feet. size up at least a half if not a whole size. Not for long wearing no support or cushioning.
