Design: The Peony Ballet Flats stand out with their elegant yet simple design. The round toe and sleek silhouette create a feminine touch that can enhance any outfit. The tan color is especially flattering, making it easy to pair with dresses, skirts, or even jeans.
Comfort: One of the most notable aspects of these flats is their comfort level. The lightly padded insoles provide cushioning that makes walking a pleasure. The elastic ankle strap not only adds style but also helps keep the shoe securely in place, preventing any slipping during wear.
Fit: It's important to note that the sizing runs small, so it's advisable to round up if you're typically a half size. Additionally, those with wider feet may find these flats too constricting, as they are not designed to accommodate wider foot shapes.
Durability: With a rubber sole, these ballet flats are built for everyday wear. The outsole's tread offers good grip, making them practical for various surfaces, thus increasing their versatility.
Sustainability Commitment: By purchasing these shoes, you're not only investing in a fashionable item but also supporting a brand that gives back. Alpine Swiss has partnered with the Children’s Hunger Fund, contributing meals to those in need, which adds a feel-good factor to your purchase.

Great shoes. I’m not usually a “flats” wearer. Point toe heels, boots, booties, occasionally sneakers, slippers.. I fit a 7.5 size Calvin Klein heel perfectly. My feet are pretty average from every regard.I like an elgant style but for being in a rush running errands, I really wanted a flat that I could shove my feet into as much as I could while it still being secure. My ankles are a bit bony and skinny, so buckles at predetermined lengths are always too tight or too loose. These had good reviews accompanying it’s low price so I gave them a shot and I was glad I did. They’re pretty well constructed with sturdy stitching, decent materials. They feel like they would hold up to a year or two of moderate-heavy wear (for me).I like to wear sundresses, sweater dresses, dresses in general and these go really well with my wardrobe. The toe box has the perfect amount of space, and there is a removable inner sole that has a light, but noticeable amount of cushioning. They’re very light and secure while wearing. Nothing shifts or stretches in a distracting way while walking. Wider feet might find them too snug, or just snug enough. These are not water or weather proof at all. I wore them on a day where the roads were wet from drizzling and my feet felt damp through my socks, but they’re not advertised for being weatherproof so it’s just an observation. They’re great bright, warm and sunny day shoes. I would avoid mud or wet grass.
I've been wearing these for a few weeks now, and I'm definitely buying these in other colors. I'm a hairstylist and stand for hours at a time, these flats are adorable and just what I needed. They're very professional looking and the elastic strap helps keep them from flopping off. The rounded toe is great for keeping pressure off the toes. I have a slight bunion and this was ideal for me as I can't stand anything that presses there for too long. There was almost not breaking in time at all, I wore them right out of the box with little discomfort. I can even wear them with socks and there's a good amount of room for that without stretching them out too much. They are canvas, so there's no wearing them in heavy rain, I wore them in some slight drizzle and they were fine, no wet socks. They have VERY little support. Almost none at all, so you will need insoles unless you don't need any support at all. GET A SIZE UP!! I wear a true size 5 in every pair of shoes I've had for 15 years. I decided to give the reviews a chance and got them in a 6, best decision. They fit perfectly, with a slight amount of room for insoles, and socks though they're fine without them. All in all they're great flats for everyday wear. Definitely more than worth the price.
Looked nice, but was too narrow for my daughter. I think a 1/2 size bigger would have fit her better.
I only had these on for a brief minute but I could tell a few things from the start. The quality is surprisingly good. The soles are much thicker than I anticipated and it actually feels like a solid shoe. The base is really hard though so I would probably use an insert with them for comfort but it's an awesome start.SIZE UP. I'm normally a 7.5/8 depending on the types of socks I'm wearing. I tried these on without socks and it was too tight around the toe area. I will be getting a 9.Color is pretty black, if you want black shoes these are good. The ankle strap is a little confusing at first (I guess mine was tangled?) but once it's on it's super comfortable and you feel very secure. As a mom I just want a pair of flats I can run in if I need to but not look ridiculous with nice tops and jeans and I think these check the boxes.
I have been looking for shoes like this for some time now, something lightweight and comfy for all day wear. I read all the reviews of many products but this is the one I ended up purchasing. After reading these reviews, saying that you should size up one or two sizes for the best fit, I ordered a size 10. I wear between a 9 and 10 depending on the shoe and I would normally go with a 9.5 but since I was told to size up I went with a 10. The length on them is PERFECT. At first I tried jamming my feet in them and noticed the toe box was a little snug but being that they are not a solid shoe and just fabric I figured they would stretch a little bit. I put them on without going through the elastic straps just to wit with my toes in them for a while and they remained snug so I took my hair dryer and just warmed them up with the hot air while I still had them on and let them cool before taking them off and that really helped get the toe box stretched enough to wear them comfortably and I have not have any issues with them since. Theyre a great pair of shoes and very cheap so as long as you are willing to work with them at first they will work with you back.
I was really excited for these shoes because the ankle support looks very cute and functional. I didn't like that the dots are visible with the shoes on in a way that doesn't look cute, but sloppy. The shoes are incredibly thin, so not my idea of comfortable, but I know some people like that sort of thing. I decided to try them out anyway and one strap broke shortly after I left the house. I couldn't change because turning around would've made me late for work. By the time my office shift was over, both shoes were broken and looked too worn to be eligible for return.I recommend buying a higher quality brand of flat and sewing on your own ballet strap with 14-16 inches of 1" elastic that can be found at any craft or sewing store. Before sewing, wrap the elastic around your ankle with the shoe on and pin the elastic to the shoe on both sides so you get the length, the placement and the twist right. Be careful not to make the elastic too tight around your ankle.
