These shoes are really nice. They are true to size (don’t size up “just in case”!). They fit well, look good and they are super comfortable!
My foot was swimming in a 9. I’d return for an 8.5, but they’re out of stock. :(Aside from that, the “leather” uppers really don’t feel like leather and the bling buckle looks like the cheap dress up rings kids get from the drug store.Overall, just meh. OK for the price point, but not anything to write home about.
So this is a two part review but I'll put it all down in one. I LOVE the look of this shoe and really wanted it to work out. Unfortunately, I bought my size (size 8) - which has been my size since middle school - and it was HUGE. It was a 1/2 inch too big - and I'm a solid size 8.I then exchanged it for the 7.5 and it was TOO SMALL - I have a pet peeve about my heel hanging off the end of the shoe - so this may be irrelevant to some but it was enough for me to send that back too. I'm sad because I've been looking for a cute fisherman shoe and this was disappointing.
I loved the shoes but they are too large. I followed some of the recommendation in the review section and some customers advised sizing up. My mistake should have ordered my true size of 11 instead of the 12. Also the shoe was sort of heavy.
I went back and forth for days about these shoes, because all of the reviews (on all sites) said that the sizing was impossibly off. I finally ordered them, a half size down, and found them to be true to size... so I ended up having to return them because I listened to the other reviews :( Besides that, that are soooo cute, comfy, and exactly what I was looking for. Aerosoles are always reliable.UPDATE: i re-ordered in my actual size and they WERE TOO BIG. so i guess everyone is right, the sizing makes no sense. i wish i had just stuck with the slightly small ones. seems like they need 1/4 sizes for these lol
