The Sidi Sixty Road Cycling Shoes stand out in the crowded market of cycling footwear due to their combination of advanced technology and thoughtful design. The TECNO-4 Push System allows for easy adjustments while riding, making it a breeze to achieve the perfect fit. Whether you're climbing steep hills or sprinting on flat stretches, the adjustable heel retention device ensures your heel stays firmly in place, which can significantly affect performance.
Comfort is key on long rides, and the Vent Carbon Sole is a game-changer. The carbon fiber construction maximizes energy transfer while providing just enough flex at the toe to keep your feet comfortable over hours of pedaling. Made with breathable materials, these shoes allow for airflow, making them suitable for warm weather cycling.
In terms of durability, Sidi's commitment to quality is evident in every stitch. The premium materials used not only enhance performance but also make maintenance easier, as you can toss them in the washing machine without worry.
However, it’s essential to consider the price point; they might be an investment for those new to cycling. Additionally, like many high-performance cycling shoes, there is a slight break-in period needed before achieving ultimate comfort.

I love these shoes. Replacing the last pair of SIDI cycling shoes I purchased back in 2011 (those shoes are still serviceable but in needed the next larger size to accommodate my falling arches). Cable tightening mechanism is a big improvement.
These cost more than I typically spend on cycling shoes but I have not been displeased one bit… they’re comfortable, lightweight and the tightening system makes life easier.
Comfortable and good quality product
Superb Sidi product. Ignore the bad review.
These are very high end cycling shoes, but the single Sidi proprietary Tecno-4 closure is simply awful. At this level, nearly every road shoe features two-way Boa brand wire closures, which are very secure and very easy to use. A simple twist left or right tightens or loosens the closure, and a quick pull up releases all tension. The inferior Sidi Tecno-4 version has a small, separate spring loaded button to release tension, and a tiny pop-up handle to tighten only. It is not possible to loosen without releasing all the tension. The tiny pop-up handle can be activated by an even tinier red button in the middle, another confusing feature. There is simply no way to adjust these shoes on the fly, doing it while stopped isn’t very easy, either. The central location of the single closure is also an issue, as it gets in the way of opening and tightening the shoe. Finally, Sidi added a Velcro closure to the underside of the tongue, which is unnecessary and only makes fitting the shoe even more complicated. These shoes are a $450 dollar fail. Sidi needs to give up on their terrible, inferior wire closures and use Boa type closures instead.
Writing a review here because so far there's only one other review I've seen online, and in that review the reviewer complains of unacceptable heel slip. I just received these shoes (gold/black color, size 45) and have put 150K on them. My previous shoes were Sidi 6.6 vent carbons (white/black vernice, size 45.5) that I bought in ~2013 and are still good, but the white parts are starting to look a bit dingy. My old shoes have the heel retention device and I was a bit concerned about heel slip with the 60s, but this hasn't been my experience. The shoes are much more comfortable and slightly lighter, and I think the heel cup is designed better. The toe box is a little roomier than my old shoes; even at half an EU size down, these shoes feel slightly bigger (in a good way) and, as mentioned, heel slip hasn't been an issue for me.
