Thanks to the Sport last design, these shoes hug your foot closely with minimal movement, greatly reducing the chances of discomfort during extended rides. This design is particularly beneficial for those who encounter issues with numbness and hot spots, as it promotes better blood circulation.
Next, the insulation and weather resistance stand out in the CXZ 176. With a waterproof membrane and Thinsulate lining, you can expect to keep your feet dry and warm, which is crucial when riding in harsh winter conditions. The shoe’s ability to maintain comfort down to 25°F (-3°C) allows for versatile riding without worrying about frostbite or moisture seeping through.
In terms of performance, the fiberglass injected nylon outsole offers a solid connection to the pedals, and being 3-hole compatible means these shoes work seamlessly with most cycling cleats. The innovative L6 BOA closure system is another highlight; it allows for quick adjustments while riding, ensuring that any discomfort can be easily remedied without stopping.

These are listed as 10 Wide but they are not. I received a size 43, which is 10 regular, not wide. Mis-marked listing- I will return.
As others have said, these are not the wide style for this shoe. Also, it runs short. Hubby is a 13 and the 13.5(47) was too short for him.
The concept is great... however, the thick insulated footbed take up room.I use a 42.5 wide Lake summer shoe. This shoe is not the same last. I needed a 44 to not have my toes jammed. Perhaps 43.5 would have worked, but not an option. For a winter shoe, they are just fine, just know they run small. They are well made and are fine other wise.
Had to send back. These are not Wide Width as stated.
These shoes are not well made- can see the glue on the soles to upper interface. They are not WIDE - despite ordering wide, like others there sent a medium width. Could be counterfeit.
