The Giro Jacket II Mens Downhill Cycling Shoe impresses with its thoughtful design and multifaceted use. The water-resistant microfiber upper not only keeps your feet dry but also enhances durability against everyday wear and tear. For those longer rides, the molded EVA footbed and midsole work in tandem to offer substantial cushioning without sacrificing performance. You’ll appreciate the full-length molded Vibram rubber outsole which ensures that you maintain excellent grip, whether you're pedaling hard or navigating technical terrain.
One of the standout features is the lacing system. Unlike traditional systems that can slip, the laces on this shoe offer a secure hold, allowing for precise fit adjustments as needed throughout your ride. This is my second pair of shoes which vary slightly from my first pair. They seems slightly cheaper in construction of the uppers. The Vibram soles are the main reason I sought these shoes. They're probably not as grippy as dedicated mtb shoes. Recommended for their durability and good looks.
These were comfortable and look like they are of good quality. I've only wore them once, so I'll be sure to update if these start to give me a reason to drop lower than 5 stars.
Overall this is a decent shoe but be aware they run a little big and they aren’t as grippy when they’re wet.
Very grippy and comfy
Great sneakers for my workout. Light and flexible.
Ended up returning these and going with something else. The shoe looks fine, the sole is grippy, but not as soft/grippy as other brands. My biggest issue was the inside of the shoe felt hard and I comfortable. Like it was made of hard plastic or stiff material.Got some cheap 510s that were much better
Light' strong and chip
