The Five Ten Trailcross Clip-in Mountain Bike Shoes have been thoughtfully designed for active women who enjoy a mix of cycling and hiking. The combination of a durable yet breathable mesh upper allows for excellent airflow, which is critical during warmer months or intense activities. Additionally, the inclusion of reflective details enhances visibility, ensuring safety during early morning or late evening outings.
One standout feature is the shoe's eco-friendliness, as part of the upper is constructed using recycled materials. This aspect not only makes the shoe a responsible choice but also appeals to environmentally-conscious consumers.
In terms of performance, the rubber outsole provides impressive grip, making steep inclines and uneven terrains manageable. However, be prepared for a potential break-in period; some users report that while initially snug, the shoes become more comfortable after a few wears. Therefore, allowing some time for adjustment will ultimately lead to a better fit.
In summary, these shoes shine in their versatility and comfort. Whether you are tackling rugged trails or going for casual hikes, the Five Ten Trailcross is a solid investment that offers both performance and style.

I really wish I could have kept these. They are very well-made, have a nice, sticky bottom, and have great material on the uppers. However, I have wide feet, and the toebox was just too narrow. Even going up a size did not help.
After reading the reviews, I seriously thought my shoes would be inadequate for All Mountain and Enduro ebike rides. I was wrong. The center sole shank is very stiff. If you are comfortable sliding the cleats all the way back, you can take advantage of the increased power transfer and gain XC like pedaling efficiency. The toe box area does flex, allowing for off saddle hike a bike, which perfectly fits Gravel and Bikepacking applications. The size is spot on, however the pointy toe reminds me of a trail running shoe and there is a slight gap between the toes and inner tip of the shoe. This space is inconsequential. My only gripe is the Velcro strap needs to be unlooped, when tying the laces. Otherwise, Adidas hit it out of the park, in this one.
