I haven't ridden clipped in for a long time. These kicks are great for me as they are very comfortable, provide great stability, and I can wear them all day while not riding and you'd never know they were clips.
This is a high end leather shoe. Five Ten you can never go wrong
Good looking mountain bike shoes. Covering those shoe laces is a must. I use pedals that are “flats” with spikes on one side and “clip-less” on the other. Works great with both. Great support. Clips are recessed enough not to sound like walking in tap shoes. Made by adidas
Well made, I’m usually a 10.5 to 11. I got a 11.5 because my foot is a TRUE 4E wide. Great fit with room to spare which is welcome and very rare for me!
This is my 4th pair of Five Ten. The shoes fit my needs in all areas. However, seems like something is missing, since Adidas took over. Anyone has similar experience. Quality and attention to detail seems to be lacking, I could be wrong.
The best part about these shoes is the additional width when compared to normal, narrower clip-in shoes. I feel far more stable and confident on technical terrain. The shoes also allow a lower placement of the cleat than most shoes I’ve seen.
Five rides and great shoes so far. Easy cleat installation. Soles have grip if you need to carry the bike over an obstacle, and stick to the free side of the pedal when you don’t want to lock in. Look good and minimal cleat contact when walking in them.
These shoes began falling apart after about a month. I called Addidas and they said they would not warranty them directly since I purchased them from Amazon and I would have to go through Camp Four. Camp four would not warranty them since it was after 30 days. It is the same price on the Addidas website and comes with a great warranty. Pls do not make the mistake I made. These are great mountain bike shoes. This is my 4th pair. Camp Four is just a bad seller with a bad return policy.
