I love these boots. They are a fantastic warm indoor boots. I don't normally wear them outside in the snow so I'm uncertain if the boot could withstand wet conditions. The shaft is wide enough for a larger calf. They do not slouch which means its a nice sturdy material overall. they are true to size and so incredibly comfortable I can walk around and wear them all day. I do wear a 9.5 but found that 10 shoe size actually fits me better in any type of foot wear. When I bought these I bought a 10 and I'm am very happy with them!
A little heavy but still great.
I’ve owned a bunch of boots like this but these seem higher quality. These don’t scratch or scuff like many of them do. So I can wear them out to work on our property then can clean them up easily to wear out to the store, etc. on a rainy day. I only wish they were taller. I knew they were only mid calf when I bought them. I need to find out if this same brand carries a taller rain boot. I wear a 7 1/2 & is what I ordered. They fit perfectly.
I am impressed with these boots’ foot support. The rubber bottom allows the feet to fall into their own position, and although it adds some weight, it also adds comfort. These will be good for a very cold, snowy weather. They fit well with jeans. I usually buy wide-calf, because my legs are not skinny. Normally, the boots reach just under my knee - these are slightly shorter than that by design. They feel a little heavier at the platform. The sizing seems correct. I usually buy 7.5 in boots, but sometimes they seem bigger for me. I wanted a tighter fit, so I got a 7W, and that seems perfect.
So I got these same boots in brown/tan and love them, especially with my wider than normal skinny girl calves. So I figured, what the heck I'll get these in black. They fit great in the foot part, but these are not as wide calved as I expected. BUT I can still wear them even if they are a tad tight in the calves.
I have very athletic calves but skinny ankles and normal width feet. These fit like they were made for me! They're a little heavy but I expected that with the chunky heel. Very stable and comfortable, which is what I need while trying to get used to wearing real shoes again after almost 2 years of working from home haha.
These boots were not described as being a wide-width calf in the product description. I ordered a 9.5 M. I was very thorough reading reviews and descriptions to make sure I was getting the right size. When I received my boots, the tag on them clearly said wide calf. I am very unhappy with the seller for not accurately describing this boot. I am on a very tight budget and needing these for work. So far, there solution is to return them and get my money back. That will put me out $40plus until they receive the boots back and won’t be able to replace until then. I really liked these boots except for the fact that the calf on them are way too wide for me.
I have been looking for a comfortable boot in this style for a while. I am a size 11 and the foot part fit just right and is comfortable. The calf part is much too large by about 2". It is clearly made for a larger person. I have had this problem for many years trying to find a boot. I liked this boot enough to alter. I opened up the back seam and took it in by two inches at the top tapering it down to the heel. My legs are not overly thin with a well shaped calf and now fit perfectly after alterations.
