Have somewhat wide feet and usually wear a 10-10.5 and wide. I guess due to the Birkenstock semi-natural shape, I fit in a euro 43, which is often equated to the US 10. If you have wider feet and also a high arch like me, you might like these. They fit best with dress socks but aren't too incredibly tight otherwise. That brings me to another thing - they work as dress shoes. At least they work as dress shoes where I work. I'd say if you're the kind of person where budget dress shoes that fit weirdly (ie $125 or under) are acceptable, or where unconventional dress shoes like Cole Haans are acceptable, these will definitely fit in. (If you're in more of an Alden environment, maybe not as much, but maybe?)
Tried and thought things will get better and more comfortable but still bothering my the back and sides of my foot.
I returned the shoe because it looks orthopedic, but it was one of the most comfortable shoes I have every had on my foot!
These shoes are incredibly comfortable - I bought the brown pair as well. They appear as if they will last for quite some time as well (well made).

After 2 attempts of finally getting these shoes shipped. I received a womens size 9 (260) instead of a mens size 9.0 to 9.5 (262), but were in the right box. These were the last pair left and now very disappointed.I really wanted these shoes too, as they were well constructed with good materials, I also have feet and ankles issues and the Birkenstocks were one of my "go to" shoes.Bummed out.
