I was worried when so many reviews mention the shoes rubbing against their heels. I haven’t had any problems, and I ordered my normal size. I did put a shoe stretcher in them in to stretch the toe box a tiny bit because my big toe was rubbing on the top of the shoe. After an hour with the stretcher, they were perfect. They are comfortable and I like the way they look.
Originally the shoe was very comfortable, however after wearing a few hours they started to hurt in the heel area. Unfortunately I didn’t wear them until a month after purchase and wasn’t able to return.An expensive lesson learned

I bought these shoes because they had a rather sleek look. I kept them thinking they would be OK. I wore them to Christmas dinner and they did look nice with my outfit. I couldn't wait to get home to take them off. There is absolutely no support. My feet really hurt. I felt the size was OK but there is not enough room to be a support pad in there. These are strictly for wearing short term. Actually, I probably won't even wear them.
Tears up your heels in a matter of moments. So disappointingly uncomfortable.
OUCH!!!! This show is HELL on the heel. I so regret purchasing this shoe. The leather is soft but the shoe rubs the heel raw.
