I love Dr. Martens, so I expected nothing less with this shoe. It reminds me a lot of my days in the military - nothing jazzy about them but I love the side zipper to get them on and off instead of having to use laces.
great boots. easy to break in
I just got these so i can't say much about comfort but these are really cute. I love that you can take off the zipper in the front if you don't need it. I laced them the standard way and they look very cute. Just need to break them in now. (:
Black Docs with zippers, what could be better? The front zip is totally optional and removable, so I’m wearing mine as traditional lace-ups with a side zipper. They look amazing and I’m sure will break in well and last for years. Absolutely what I was looking for.
I've had a lot of Dr. Marten boots over the years. These were pretty uncomfortable and really stiff. I ended up returning them which was unfortunate because I really like the style.
They fit great and wear comfortably.
I bought the white boots hoping they fit correctly since I already own a pair of regular black 1460's. They do not disappoint! The top where the black trim is located is a bit stiff at first, but didn't dig in. Break these in and you'll have an excellent boot. They really are so stylish - classic Doc Marten's with a twist.Will update in a few months to see how the white has held up between regular wear and a scheduled festival I've purchased them for!
I'm normally a 7-7.5. I ordered these in a 7 and had to return for a bigger size. Love the style.
