Super Cute boots that keep my little one warm in the snow!
I have purchased western chief boots for my kids in the past and found these at a great price while looking for school. My children attend a school that focuses on “nature” based learning for science lessons. They spend a great deal of time outside all year round and they ask that waterproof boots be left at school. These work wonderfully for that. I actually bought 2 pair for both kids so they could have one for home and one for school. For the price at the time I purchased it was the same if not less to buy 2 pair of western chief boots vs 1 pair of a more popular brand. We have never had issues with these boots leaking in the past. I will definitely buy again and would absolutely recommend these to anyone.
My 4 year old loves these boots and has no complaints. I did howeber have to send back and order a bigger size as the foot part is a little narrow
These run very small. Order size or 3 sizes up. I ran 3 sizes due to being narrow as well. Wide feet not recomended!!!! They have diferent styles to check out for wider feet. Boots were delivered 12/14/22, it's 1/27/23. The inserts have shrunk and the second layer has moved making them uneven when my 6 year old walks. The tip of one of the toes turned to powder, now they've only been semi wet from snow going up his skipant leg, but nothing crazy like dumping water out, so I can only imagine wearing them in the rain would do. I would give a higher rating but the inserts are my biggest issue. I didn't mind ordering up on size. I usually go a half to a full size bigger anyways. They quality of the boots are great, no leaking and they r solid with good traction, but those inserts!!!! Could be a defect but it's a pain. Hope my review helps.
The bottoms look like they have been worn. There are holes in them along the edges. They are scuffed. Very poorly put together. And they even arrived 4 days late. I ordered a size 4 but they fit like a 6. I would not recommend Honestly. I am very disappointed.
