The midsole made from rubber offers excellent traction on slippery surfaces, which is essential when navigating through snow and ice. Furthermore, the lace closure system not only adds a touch of sophistication but also allows for a customized fit, ensuring that your feet stay snug and secure.
One of the standout features is the waterproof breathable membrane. It ensures that your feet remain dry even in wet conditions, making these boots perfect for unpredictable winter weather. The plush fleece lining further enhances comfort, wrapping your feet in warmth.
However, it's worth noting that while the Tivoli II is designed for winter, it may not be suitable for extremely low temperatures due to its insulation level. Additionally, some users have pointed out the limited color choices, which may not cater to everyone's personal taste.

I bought these boots for a recent trip. I live in So. California so rarely, if ever, need something warm for my feet, yet was traveling to NY State and anticipated very snowy, cold conditions out in the country. The boots are so comfortable! I wore them with medium to thick socks and the only time my feet registered the cold was when I was standing in 10 inches of snow for more than a few minutes at a time (watching wildlife, taking photos, being very still). They're comfortable to walk in whether shopping, walking on muddy town sidewalks, or through snow covered woods. Twice I wore them on hour-long hikes through the woods and was very comfortable. I accidentally stepped into a few watery patches of snow and my foot was completely submerged, yet I had no leakage. Not once were my socks damp. The traction is very good as well, although unexpected dark patches of ice did cause me to slide a bit. Still, I felt very sturdy in these boots. They're not so warm that I won't be able to wear them at home. They're cute and work great with flaired pants or leggings tucked in. I purchased a size 9 and my feet tend to be more wide. Although they are slightly snug in the width, they are not uncomfortable. My feet do not feel pinched. The length was perfect as I am able to wiggle my toes. Very satisfied with this purchase and feel the price is actually far more reasonable for the quality of the product than other types of footwear I have purchased.
I wear a 10 size shoe and got 11 in these and fits just right, I wear thin socks. You could even go up more as the heel does not slip. They push your feet a little to the toe as they have a slight heel but helps with more support for foot. Wearing around house first as I have planter facetious and want to make sure they work. They hug your feet and run on narrow side so if you have a wide foot, pass on these, mine are medium width. My friend has tried every boot out there and she can wear these all day without feet hurting and feet stay warm but not too hot as she is postal carrier. There is a removable insert so a thin orthodic could be put in if needed but so far I may not need it. There is not a lot of arch but the shape of the boot is very comfortable and ankle is supported also. Will update if foot starts hurting. Wearing around house first. Easy to tie as I had hip surgery so getting on and off not bad. They look nice for a very comfortable boot and are not real heavy. They have a tennis shoe feel to them but the little heal is better for foot according to my doctor. So fun getting older but finding a good shoe or boot is great, so sharing my great find with you:)
These boots are beautiful and oh so warm. My daughter got these and I loved them so much I ordered them too. IMO the tivoli ii is the best looking version when compared to tivoli iii and iv. I’m usually a 9 and read the reviews that they run small. I’d like to add that sizing a whole size up is preferable to 1/2 size up. l’m usually a 9 but Wanted a size 10 based on reviews. I could not find this version (ii) anywhere so I went with the 9.5. They are do-able but the 10 would have been perfect .Definitely size one whole size up from your normal ! The good news is that due to the rounded front and double layer black over tan round front style your foot will not look gigantic … another thing I love about these boots:)
I’m normally a size 7, but I knew I’d be wearing this boot with thick socks so I sized up to a 7.5. But when those boots arrived and I tried them on, they were incredibly tiny! So I returned them and ordered an 8. When those arrived they fit exactly my foot with no socks, so I returned these as well to size up to an 8.5 because I knew I’d be wearing thick socks with them. I’m waiting for my third order to come in....aside from the sizing though, these boots are BEAUTIFUL! They are well made, their very strong and durable construction is immediately apparent, and they are super comfortable and warm! Highly recommend these boots!
I usually wear an 8.5 in shoes. I tried these on in a store, and the 9 fit perfectly without any socks. However, with even thin cotton socks they were too tight. I read other reviews and from their advice, ordered a 9.5 Even these are a little narrow and squeeze my already narrow feet some. I haven't worn these in the snow or cold yet. I would expect that I will need to wear a medium thickness pair of wool socks to be out in the cold for any extended period of time. The boots are extremely cute, and hopefully will stretch out a little after wearing them with extra thick socks on. The leather is flexible and will definitely allow me to drive comfortably in them, unlike many other boots that are too stiff to hardly move. The bottom seems really sturdy and seems to have great grip. I expect to meet the Minnesota winter with fashionable ease! :)
Just got these boots. They're absolutely beautiful.*Sizing = I got a 9.5 (my usual number in boots, half a size larger than my normal shoe number). They fit perfectly for me because I like to wear regular socks with my snow boots, but if you want thick socks, I'd size up a half size extra.*Fit = The boots hit about 3 inches above my ankle. I can put them on without lacing them up all the way, which is great because I normally hate lace-up boots.*Tread = it's hard to tell from the pictures, but the tread on the soles looks like it'll do very well in the snow. The grooves are quite deep.*Weight = definitely not as heavy as some other Sorel boots I've had.*Inside lining = I was very annoyed that neither the Sorel website nor the product description on here discussed the lining in detail, because I think that's pretty important. I posted some pictures. The top of the boot is covered in more of the fur that peeks out. The rest is lined in what Sorel calls "microfleece," which is pretty soft.Haven't had a chance to test these in snow yet, will update once I do.
