If you like Romeo's but are tired of that look and want something new then these are it. Might want to get .5 smaller size becausethey run big. Will update after a few months of wearing them.
I got these in a 10 wide. They fit good and are water proof, up to the elastic of course. I do a lot of walking on my job and they are comfortable.The wide is a wide!!! I am satisfied with these boots, for now. It's only been about a month since I started wearing them.
I got the quality i expected from Kodiak. Great, gorgeous, rough but still stilish work chelseas..... you recognize the quality and worth of any shoe for the way the sole is built, and this boots have got great, sturdy and durable thick rubber soles that will last for ever. I dont really need them to work as i dont work in a hazardous environment, i will wear them to go to the office and to hang around the city, and they are so beautifully made that they will fit my needs in any way. greatly recommended to anyone, worksman or someone looking for style.
I normally wear size 9 but ordered a size 8 and boot is still too loose. I can't go smaller in length but my feet slide around in boot, even with foot beds and thick socks. Boot is just poorly fit to a normal human foot.
If a squeaky noise every time you step on them does not bother you, then; the boots are perfect.They fit good, confortable, well made.I expected that the noise would go away, changed the insoles, but the noise comes from inside.I definitely won’t buy them again
Had never really heard of Kodiak boots until I stumble across these, but I was stunned. These are excellent quality boots and just as comfortable as any danners or red wings I’ve worn before. Will update on longevity but I have a good feeling about these.
It takes effort and mindfulness to get my feet into and out of the boots as the shanks are very tight. My feet are comfortable in the boots but my ankles and knees feel funny when I walk.
Got these boots today, 3/5/2022, and this is the condition a $140 new pair of boots is sent out as. At $140, I shouldn't be receiving dirty, scuffed, stained, soiled, used boots. If it was just the dirt on the bottom and it could be cleaned off and look new then that would be okay with me. However, to have stains, scuffs, scratches, and marring all over the leather area is unacceptable. Clearly someone wore these for a few days outside or on a job site and returned them. Then the decision was made to not check the product to ensure there was no damage before restocking and sending back out. Quality control has lost control of their people and there needs to be some retraining.
