Warm and dry, fit great
They look nice but I can't even get my foot in it. Its like Cinderella shoe And i don't even buy wide shoes. Why would you need a cinch. How would I know if I need a different size. I love keen shoes because they r roomy but can't find a roomy boot to fit.
I struggled to find a zip-lace winter boot to replace the previous ones I had that were great for quickly popping on and off for dog walks. Everything else is either lace-up, really tall, or slumpy casual slip-ons. These are nice and I thought they would fit the bill well. Good structure, solid sole, and the height I was looking for. Seem well made. They have slide adjusters in the front where the laces are as well as a slide adjuster on the back of the boot. BUT it turns out the front of the boot is so stiff and doesn't have a tongue, so you can't actually cinch the laces tight. They end up just being decorative. It was a nice bonus that they came with 2 extra sets of laces (white and red) in addition to the black so you can create the look you want. They run small. I'm usually an 8.5 or 9. I ordered the 9 and they felt like 8s. Not only that, they do not have the traditionally wide toe box you expect from Keens. They are a bit of a tight squeeze to get your foot in, so if you want something loosey-goosey you can step easily into, these might not be for you.I exchanged the 9s for a size 10, and they fit. So get 1-1.5 bigger than your normal size. Even though I'm a little bummed that I can't actually tighten the laces, they do the job for walking my dog without being too loose and without having to tie laces.
These boots run VERY small. I'm usually a 8.5 and ordered a 9 based on other reviewers and it's still way too small.
These boots are nearly impossible to get on, I ordered them hoping to have a pair of slip on boots but have found these to be very difficult to slide on.
Nice quality and look. But really hard to put on. Size up! I returned them!
