Men's sizes are made wide enough for me, thank goodness! A well-made boot, not too bulky or heavy, nice and waterproof, good tread, good-looking.
Went on a rugged rocky, sandy terrain hike and these shoes held up well..very light , comfortable and provided me the much needed ankle support.. loving it so far...have not tested its waterproof feature yet. Would go fishing next time around. Added a pair no tie laces ..works well !
Keen produces a very good hiking city/boot. The fit is perfect as far as I am concerned. Comfortable and easily broken in. Wear them for two days around the house and you are set to trek with them. They are fairly warm in winter and moderately cool in summer. When it is very cold, like Colorado Mountain cold I don't wear them but switch to a heavy duty winter hiking boot from another manufacturer. The only reason I give this product a 4 start rating is durability. I hike/walk daily and these boots last about one year and then the internal heel support collapses and the soles are worn through. But for the price they are easily replaceable. These are my fourth pair!
Been wearing these for a few weeks. There was a brief period where the soles were stiff, but I was able to break them in as normal with any new boots. They are very comfortable.
I use these for work every day. I tend to be very picky, after having had plantar fasciitis in the past. These shoes pass the test for walking 10k+ steps everyday on concrete without any foot pain while keeping my feet and toes safe.
Last year I purchased a pair of Merrel hiking boots in the same price range, unfortunately these Keen boots are not nearly as comfortable. They seem well made, but for me they were not what I expected from all the positive feedback I’ve gotten about Keen products.
I really love these boots. They’re comfortable and waterproof perfect for winter weather!
Fit great, feels great, super great deal for keens
