Dr. Scholl's | Women's Ankle Bootie | Leather | Slip-on |
Comfort: The Jessica Simpson Valyn Bootie offers a commendable level of comfort thanks to its textile lining and supportive design. However, it's advisable to wear them around the house initially to break them in before hitting the streets.
Style: This ankle boot strikes a balance between trendy and timeless. The faux suede gives it a chic look, while the neutral color ensures it pairs well with most outfits. Whether dressing up for a night out or keeping it casual during the day, these boots are a fantastic choice.
Durability: Constructed with man-made materials, the Valyn Bootie is expected to hold up well over time. The quality of the faux suede looks promising, but like all faux materials, care should be taken to avoid excessive wear and tear.
Fit: Users typically find that the boot runs true to size, which is an essential factor when considering your purchase. Nonetheless, if you have wider feet, trying these on in-store may be beneficial.

Received my boots today…although I have yet to try them on, my expectation is that they will be true to other Jessica Simpson products I have purchased to satisfaction… most impressive to me was the personalized letter from the seller who was gratuitous in ensuring my item had arrived in a timely manner and in great condition (thanks Cheryl, Sarah, Mayer and Nadeen) . Unless Jessica S. has modified the size 8.5, I expect my boots will fit as is typical for the brand.
First, I will say that I wear JS shoes religiously. They are always cute and comfortable and I can wear them all day. They are one of my go-to brands for work shoes, and I have been wearing her shoes for over a decade. I have the same boots, in a different color, and they are amazing. These ones I didn't bother trying on when they first arrived because I've never had to-- I know my size and I've never been disappointed with JS. I finally decided to wear them for the first time recently, and oh no! I took them with me to the office (I never wear or drive in my shoes -- I take them with me and change into them when I arrive at work). As soon as I put these on, I noticed right away there were different. They felt too big and wide, and like the boot was lined with cardboard. Halfway through the day, my toes began to ache. That never happens with my JS shoes. I inspected them once I arrived home. I'm still not sure if they're authentic. I have to keep them now but not sure how much I'll wear them. They're cute, but I'm totally bummed they didn't turn out. Not the normal quality of JS shoes and this is the first time I've experienced this. I believe the other pair I have that I love, I purchased from the same seller so maybe the quality of the shoemaking on this one was just a miss.
These boots are hot! Nice note of appreciation in the box from the seller.
These shoes are more for someone without feet problems. They are very nice back in the day I would love them still do but hard foe me to wear.
These boots felt flimsy and were nit attractive. I actually love Jessica Simpson heels. But these boots were bad.
