The heels were a little narrow for me when I first bought them. I wore them around the house for a while and debated returning them. I put a sock in the heel for a couple days to try and stretch them a bit and it worked! I’m so glad I decided to keep them! Since they stretched a little bit they are now are super comfortable. I was able to wear them for a business trip to Chicago, walked all over, and never had any issues.
These are high quality, comfortable leather boots for an excellent price! There is plenty of room in the toe box and the soles are rubber so they are easy to walk in and they don't make noise. They are timeless, yet on trend. 5 star boots for sure!!!
Sadly had to return as the bootie was too narrow for my average foot.
I love Ecco shoes and boots. They are so comfortable. These boots are also very stylish. Great purchase.
These were great quality but didn't fit my mom's ankles so I had to return them.
I love Ecco shoes. This is the first pair I’ve ever tried that was way off the mark. First of all, they were enormous. I got the 35 and they fit like at least a 36 if not larger. I triple checked that they were the correct size as ordered instead of accidentally having been put in the wrong box. Also, I anticipated they’d be like the Hydromax version of this boot (which has the same name, Shape 35 Sartorelle). Nope! The boot shaft is about an inch higher than the Hydromax, which, if they did fit, would make them pretty unflattering on me personally. Admittedly upon second look, I saw that the Hydromax has “low” and the regular version has “mid” at the end of the name. Why not just call them different styles? Like shape 35 and shape 37 or something? I just wanted the Hydromax boot with a black heel instead of a brown heel. Argh, bummer.
Fits true to size. No breaking in needed, very comfortable out the box. The leather is nice, but I do wish it was pebbled vs. smooth. Overall, highly recommend.
The boots are very beautiful, and usually, I really like Ecco. However, the quality is not good. The leather is tough and painful, and the sole is very uncomfortable compared to their other models.
