I'm a master auto tech at a big dealership so I walk a ton. These were purchased to replace redback boots, and they have done so very nicely. The redback boots don't have near the level of anti-slip these do and the leather feels like it will wear better on the docs as well. Thanks

UPDATE: Not really worth $180. Been wearing them for a few weeks in the winter and the outer material is already peeling off. They cannot take impact or scrapes at all, the material just starts coming off. Sucks because they're super comfortable and look good.I'm a women's 9. Bought a size 8 and they fit very well. They were tight at first, but it took maybe an hour or two of walking for them to break in. And now they're WAY more comfortable than I expected from a pair of docs.I didn't realize these were "service" style when I ordered them. I thought they might be too big/chunky looking because they're unisex, but I took that back once I put them on
It was hard to wear in first time but it is more comfortable when I actually wore it to walk around.
It's been a couple of months and these have become my go-to boots. I wear a size 8 and these not only fit perfectly, they required no breaking in whatsoever. With the loop they are super fast to put on, and they're easy to kick off. They're also holding up well in rainy weather. Had I planned in advanced I would've sized up to have room for some fuzzy Ugg inserts, but these are plenty comfortable on their own.
I always have worked in reg docs, I’m a bartender and you can’t beat the foot protection. Thought, I’d try these out. The extra cushion was nice on day one, but wore down by the end of the my second shift and felt non existent. They feel a little wide, but I'm used to lacing my boots and I have narrow feet with high arches. They’re not super stiff, but the toes crease immediately, which is annoying. The non slip is good. These are definitely going to need inserts, the bottoms of my feet are super sore.
I always wanted my own pair of Chelsea boots so I brought them as an early Christmas gift to myself. Stylish and chic. They have a non-slip rubber bottom and can easily slip in but you might need a hand to get them off your feet. I personally went a size up because it gives my toes a bit of wiggle room since I’m on my feet all day. I haven’t worn them on a rainy day but I think it can manage muddy terrain or puddles of water when the time is right. The two cons I found are rough edges around the opening of the boots that might scratch your ankles and they are a bit heavy ( weight one pound each per shoe ). I recommend wearing thick socks with these boots. It takes some time to break-in but I think it’s worth it.
The box and shoes were in good condition when it arrived. The shoes had zero signs of previous wear or damage. They did run a little on the smaller size so I hope they fit as a gift. I would definitely order again from this site.
