I am a size 8 1/2 medium and bought this pair in the same size - it fits me well, contrary to what the other person stated in the review (who is the same size as me). I have another pair of Cole Haan boots in an 8 1/2 medium that I like a lot, as well as 3 pairs of sneakers. For me Cole Haan fits me the best of all the ‘expensive’ brands and the quality is as expected! I have problems with UGG sneakers being either too small or too large (although their winter boots do fit me). I guess it depends on each person what fits and what doesn’t fit but I would definitely recommend trying this pair of boots - they look great with jeans and leggings as well as dressier pants, dresses and skirts!

A beautiful boot, very classy and has some unique detail. The heel was a good height and I liked the wood heel. But I have a narrow foot and this shoe was just too wide for me. If it had been more narrow it would have been a great buy at a good price.
My hubby got these for me for Christmas, and they fit perfectly (I wear a 6, and these were a size 6M). They are extremely comfortable for everyday wear, and I haven't had any issues walking long distances in them. They arrived promptly and exactly as described. You can't go wrong with Cole Haan for comfort!
Beautiful boot but so so narrow.
Stylish and leather was beautiful. I wear a 8.5 size and normal width. My heel slipped so I returned them.
I’m usually a 9 in boots but this 9 was way too small, so I sized up to a 9.5 and it was still tight. Unfortunately 10 was too big for my ankle and it kept slipping. I’ve seen a lot of reviews saying Cole Haan booties struggle with ankles slipping and I seem to be having this problem too. Only reason I’m giving it a 4. Otherwise, very cute and stylish shoe that is well worth money for its quality.
My mom loves these booties, they have very classic looking and very comfortable for her, and can match most of her clothes in winter. For Cole Haan this is very good price too.
