These boots look good, smell good (they are definitely leather, despite another review that says they are not), are true to size, and exceptionally well-made. They felt great as soon as I put them on; however, for me, there was one very specific issue - my inside ankle bone (I guess it's called the Medial Malleolus) is prominent and located just at the wrong spot with regard to how the boot laces at the top. I don't this would be a problem for everyone, but sadly, it was enough to make the boots not work for me :-(
These boots are vinyl. They are stiff and uncomfortable. I would never spend $160 on vinyl boots. Sending back.
