Stylish and durable..look classy with jeans

These boots strike a balance between style and durability. Whether I'm wearing a pair of jeans or casual attire at work, they look equally fantastic. Initially, when I got these boots, they felt a bit stiff and unwieldy. However, the presence of substantial pull-loops at the back of the boot openings made it quite manageable to slip them on and off.The elastic panels on each side of the boots offer a bit of flexibility while maintaining a snug fit once they're on. What's even more remarkable is the memory foam insoles, ensuring comfort throughout the day.My favorite aspect of these boots is the stacked heel, which not only gives a subtle boost in height but also provides excellent support and posture. The thick rubber sole with deep indentations ensures a secure footing. Moreover, I appreciate the rounded toe design, as squared or pointed styles aren't my personal preference.Speaking of fit, I typically wear a size 8 in men's shoes, and these boots matched my expectations in terms of length and width. They cradled my foot comfortably without feeling overly snug.

Boot quality good, too narrow for me and hard to get on.

These boots are made very well. They run a little narrow. I got a 13, usually that is big enough for my wide feet. I was able to get these on with a little struggle, but after walking around in them a little while they started to hurt the top part of my foot. I am going to try a boot stretcher to get them a little wider. I really like the way these look and feel. I just need them to be a little wider. I would if your feet are a normal width or a little narrow these would fit fine, once you get them on. I did struggle a bit to get these on, and I think I would even if they were wider. But once you get them on it would be worth it.

I'm normally not a boot guy but..

I always had an aversion to boots because I have a wide foot and this usually makes it difficult if not impossible to slip on non lacing boots in general. When I saw the elastic side grommets I had to give them a try. Upon receiving these with a little effort I was in they feel pretty good for the price I'll have to break them in for a week in order for them to stretch out but they are wearable out of the box.The color is light "really light" and I agree with other reviews that recommend stain guard treatment on these but outside of that they fit well, they are non slip soles, which appear to be double stitched to the uppers. An overall decent boot that's comfortable to wear for work or leisure, even though they are still a bit difficult to slip on if you're a clubfoot.

Looks nice , but is hard to put on and take off.

Let me start by saying the boots fit me and they fit me well , they do look really nice and they are decently comfortable. Now the issues, the first one is they are actually quite hard to put on , I was worried I was going to rip the pull tab on the boot as it took some serious force to get them on , the next issue is that they are so hard to take off that the first time I took them off the insole got ripped out . And my last issue is the quality of the glue that's keeping the welt attached it is quite weak. So my overall impression, they look nice , the sizing is accurate and they are comfortable but the sizing of the hole to fit your foot through is too small but I still do like them.

Warning: Great Looking Boot...That Won't Let Your Foot Inside It (at least for me)

I recently got into wearing Chelsea style boots and needed a boot in the "brown" family (I currently have two pair - black and grey). So when I saw Call It Spring Men's Alameda Chelsea Boot in tan, I thought bingo! However, my excitement in finding a boot to round out my collection quickly lessened when taking them out of the box.....Let me start with the Pro's: 1) The boot is a great looking boot, 2) It's sturdy and made very well, 3) I love the look of the sole and heal, 4) The elastic on the sides of the boot appear to hold its shape and "tightness" so it won't be wearing out over time. And now for the Con's....and there's really only one "con" here but it's a pretty major one if you ask me - I simply can not get my foot into this boot. Believe me...I've tried several times....with and without socks (using my typical "boot" sock and its thickness and then trying with a much thinner sock as well)...with two different shoe horns too.....and foot just can't enter the boot no matter what.I wear a 10D and ordered a 10D. I don't have an odd-shaped foot and 99% of the time, I'm able to take a shoe off a rack and able to wear it with no problem (of course, some styles/cuts of shoe/boot vary but for the most part, I'm pretty consistent in wearing a 10D).Take a look at the last picture I've included (Picture #3), you will see my feeble attempt of trying to get my 10D foot into the boot. You can see that I can only get my toes toward the ball of boot and even though the elastic on each side provides a lot of "give," I'm still not able to slide my foot into the boot. Now, should I have gotten an 11D? Maybe, but I believe getting a larger size might've helped with regard to actually getting my foot into the boot...BUT...once inside the boot, it might be quite large and therefore, I would have problems when walking I believe. Of course, this is just a hunch on my part because I haven't tried an 11D, but I'm pretty sure that's what would happen.I will say, a Chelsea boot can be a little tricky in getting your foot inside it (no matter the maker), but I've never had a problem like this before. It only takes a little maneuvering and my foot eventually lands inside the boot....unfortunately, not this time with the Call It Spring Men's Alameda Chelsea Boot.I would've loved to have given this Call It Spring Men's Alameda Chelsea Boot, two separate ratings - 1) A separate rating for how it's made and it's look and 2) A separate rating for its fit, but couldn't which is why I gave it Two Stars.I wanted to like the Call It Spring Men's Alameda Chelsea Boot a lot...and still do because I think it's made very very well, looks great and appears to be a comfortable boot!
