The BOGS Sweetpea Chelsea Winter in black provides a striking balance between fashion and practicality. You will appreciate how easy it is to put on these boots, thanks to the thoughtful design featuring side gore panels and a pull tab.
From a performance perspective, the waterproof nature of these boots is superb. No matter how cold or wet the weather gets, your feet will remain dry and warm. This makes them ideal for outdoor activities during winter, such as walking your dog, running errands, or even casual outings with friends.
The comfort level is commendable, particularly when considering the built-in cushioning from the Rebound technology in the outsole. Furthermore, the Bogs Max-Wick lining does an outstanding job of managing moisture, which is critical when wearing boots for extended periods.
However, it's worth noting that while the fit is generally true to size, some users have reported that the boots may feel slightly larger than expected. This might require you to consider sizing down if you prefer a more snug fit. Additionally, although they come in a stylish black, the limited color options could be a drawback for those looking for a personalized touch.
In summary, if you're searching for a reliable pair of winter boots that offer durability, comfort, and style, the BOGS Sweetpea Chelsea Winter boots are a fantastic option. They promise to meet the demands of harsh winter conditions while keeping you looking chic.

I bought these for a trip and they worked out perfectly! The fit is as expected and the fur on the inside definitely keeps your feet very warm. Also I ended up walking about 12 miles in them the first time i worn them and they did not hurt my feet at all. Extremely comfortable and I'm in love!
I loved these right out of the box---I wore them for a 5 hour day of volunteering at a food bank in the rain and they were comfortable, dry and warm! I was standing and walking the entire time and these little boots were very comfortable and supportive. I have worn them multiple times since and secretly find myself hoping for rain so I have an excuse to wear them. I typically wear a 7.5 size shoe and I ordered up to an 8---I need to wear thick socks with them which is okay given they are for winter but they would be a bit big without the socks. If I get a second pair for Sprig/Summer, I will go with a size 7.I've worn them finishing up my yard work for the Fall then straight to the grocery store--they are sturdy enough for work but stylish enough for running errands. I highly recommend these Sweet Peas :)
Seams tore on the side right and outside left with hardly any wear. Poor quality.
The fit is good on my average foot. Can comfortably walk the dog through muck and rain. Fur could be a bit thicker, but wear with heavy socks. Holding up well after 1 month of heavy wear.
Update: They are my go to boots. They give me confidence in slipperyish conditions, way warmer than expected when very cold but able to wear indoors shopping then in the car all day without misery. I tend to have cold feet. Being waterproof, spring wear is perfect and they are neutral enough to wear out to casual dinners. No rub spots either. I'd definitely buy them again. That being said, they fit me fine without discomfort with thinner socks. They have great grips on the sole and I love the soft faux fur lining. I wear them all spring and indoor wearing is comfortable when necessary. I hope the tab never fails because it would be tough to get them on I think.
This Sweetpea Winter ankle boot surpasses all my expectations in comfort for standing 2.5 hours outside in 50 degree rainy weather. I still have warm toes. I wear a size nine, I bought a nine. Fits perfect. I will not that I do have narrow feet. I imagine if I had wider feet they might be hard to get on. As it is, they are snug around the ankle, so not a hands-free shoe. The snug factor is so good because no water or cold air seep inside and disturb the cozy town my feet are enjoying. I recommend this shoe.
The tag sewn into the front of the tongue of both shoes was so uncomfortable that it stabbed into my ankle. I had to return them because I purchased them for taking my dogs out. I wanted something warm to slip into without socks. These were painful.
While I love the comfort I needed a boot that could slip on without much effort. I they go on with a bit of help from pulling the tab firmly. I ended up breaking the tab because I wear thicker socks. I have two pair and both pairs I broke the tab. They are very comfortable. I am rough on shoes tending to 4 acres in rainy, muddy conditions. I do recommend these shoes but note that if you pull too hard on the tab it will break.
