These boots get the job done. They are well made, look cute, keep little feet dry, and are easy to slip on and off.
First rain boots in size 4 for my 16 month old. A little heavy but not overly so. We use these for puddles, playing at the creek and wet days. Also a little big compared to other size 4 shoes so great to wear with thick socks on super cold days. Plenty of room
