The seam-sealed waterproof construction is particularly advantageous for those living in regions prone to rain or snow. You’ll appreciate the peace of mind knowing that these boots will keep your feet dry while you go about your daily activities. Coupled with the 200g of Thinsulate insulation, your feet will stay warm without feeling bulky or heavy.
This ankle boot also features stretch gore, which allows for easy entry, making them convenient when you're on the go. However, some users note that they may require a brief break-in period for optimum comfort. Once broken in, the fit tends to improve, offering a secure yet flexible experience.
The TPR outsole's traction control ensures stability across various surfaces—perfect for wet pavement or uneven terrain. The stylish design allows you to wear these boots with both jeans and dresses, making them a versatile choice.

I ordered 7W and was surprised that they felt a bit snug but it might be from the nice, removeable, cushioned insole, which is of a surprising thickness. They are lightweight, which I was not expecting but that's a plus for me. I love the detail and the color. I'm not crazy about the shoestrings but that's just me. I just noticed the small metal plate on the outer side says "waterproof". Another plus...
I have been looking for some pull-on or side-zip waterproof leather boots to replace my Rockport Chelsea boots, which were great but neither waterproof nor as comfortable as you would think. These fit the bill! The rounded toe sacrifices style for comfort, but that is a trade my 40-something self is willing to make. I think it's going to take a little bit of time to get used to the cushions in the footbed, but I the removable insole is supportive enough that I don't need to add an arch support. I normally wear either an 8.5 W or a 9 M, and I got these in an 8.5 D (equivalent to a men's medium, which is slightly wider than women's medium or B). I think they'll be perfect with a thick sock, which at this stage is necessary because they're still a little bit stiff and the top of the shaft is cutting into my ankle.
I wanted a short boot to protect my feet from slush puddles and icy wind on my ankles. It's difficult to find any kind of boot for flat wide feet that pronate. This is the first time I got the 2E extra wide from Aravon and they fit fine. The base of the boot is very solid and designed for stability. The height of the sole at the front is 1/2 inch thick; this helps to keep your foot out of cold water, and I don't feel like I'm being pitched forward when I walk. They've kept my feet warm in 20 degree weather. There's a removeable memory foam insole that has a 1/2-length U-shaped hard plastic stability cradle. It's only on the bottom surface and won't dig into the sides of your arch. They're comfortable to drive in and the sole bottoms don't have the excessive amount of texture that causes your foot to snag on the gas and brake pedals.
I love the fit and comfort, and the color goes with almost everything. I ordered a second pair in black and wear these several times each week.
They make you pay for shipping. Boot runs very small. Size 6 are very narrow. Shipping is in dispute with my bank now.
Great boots, I love them! Good leather, look great and I have problem feet. My podiatrist recommends Aravon shoes and I can wear them without my orthotics without pain!
These we’re supposed to be extra wide but they were extra narrow.
Seems to hold up in the rain so far. I like the soft inner lining, but the shoe itself is pretty stiff in both the upper and the sole, and it's a little heavier than I like. Also, I may just have skinny ankles, but the ankle opening is a bit large for me. It still looks nice overall, especially for a functional boot.
